Can someone please tell me how to make that roasted barley in home and also what was the first ingredient.. dint understand the accent.. drink sounds absolutely delicious...
I can only speculate on the preparations, but if I had to take a guess as to where to start, I would heat whole fat milk in a saucepan with a few drops of high-quality Madagascar vanilla extract and freshly grated lemon zest, and reduce by half over low heat (seeing as how this is The Savoy, I wouldn't be surprised if they use whole vanilla bean pods, but for individual use, this should be fine.) The Barley Syrup might be just as simple as equal parts water and sugar, reduced by half in a saucepan with the roasted barley. Depending on how light in flavor the final drink is, you could experiment with alternative sweeteners, such as turbinado sugar, or buckwheat honey.
Dude is like a combo of barman & magician.
Spectacular cocktail! Love this amazing mixologist! Classy with fab technique!

Great drink and amazing bartender. Awkward name for a cocktail though.
Why awkard?
Yes, disgusting name for a drink.
nice performance... i want this jigger, where I can find it..??
It's a normal jigger, you can find it anywhere you can buy a jigger
@@Lecocktailconnoisseur is not a normal one it looks like a fuji jigger but I can't find anywhere like that .Can you find out and help us out? Thanks
impastyle it’s a Japanese style one. Check on online bartender shops
@@Lecocktailconnoisseur not a typical one though it has wider rim than the usual
impastyle sorry in that case you’ll have to ask to the Savoy because in our memories it was a classic one
Dude def tales influence from Eric the head bartender
