I never thought about growing an indoor house plant from seeds. Great idea, now I have to find where to purchase seeds from. My new year’s resolution is to keep my plants alive through the winter 🥶

Love these resolutions. A local couple created a wonderful book documenting all our local flora. For my sons home schooling science curriculum we go for nature walks and try to see how many species from the book we can identify.

I really like the resolutions you listed. This year I want to be more thoughtful about what plants to buy and buy less so I can care for my current plants better. I also want to try growing some different vegetables in my garden this year.

Hi Michelle 💚 I love that, I have also tried not to buy more plants and it’s been really nice to focus on the ones I have 🥰 . That is so exciting with your veggie garden ! I want to try gardening too this year (have never done it before) I’d love to hear your experience with it !

Good to see you my lady! Long time no hear from. Getting to know the plants that are indigenous to my area, um, well, they're ugly; prickly pear, scrub oak, mesquite (makes great bar-b-que), Johnson grass, rag weed... The only one that is pretty is the one that will put me in the hospital, (lol!) the mountain cedar, very pretty but deadly to me. So, I grow plants from nearly everywhere else, lol. Love your vids tho and I agree with growing locally, except for where I live. Ta Ta!

Hi! The prickly pear and scrub oak are beautiful! Of course aesthetics is very subjective. However, I find a lot of beauty in getting to know (which you do as I see) the more than human world living around us, there is so much beauty beyond what the eye can see :-) happy you liked the video, and thanks for watching 😊💚!

Lovely ideas. I follow a channel called @Dlium. He's in India and makes short (about 5 minutes) videos about a plant or animal in his local area, it's a really nice thing to do.
