Even on a vacation you working out and taking time with the kids. As a parent to take the time to work out with a high school football team even when you don't have to shows the true meaning of giving back... Been a lifelong Steelers fan, had a chance to go to Pittsburgh in November of 2017 to see the Steelers play the Titans on Thursday Night Football. AB caught 3 TD passes- his only 3 TD game. I'll never forget that experience. Hard to believe a year and a half later, Bell, Bryant and AB are gone...

everyone has to realize that the days of coming into training camp to get in shape are long gone. Hes working out in the "off season" just like anyone else who goes to work at a 9-5 all year long. he just has the luxury to go to "work" wherever he wants.... some might do less than others but ALL must be in shape when they get to camp and more importantly, be ready to compete at a high level from day 1
