just a minor tip when testing with your meter and you get an odd reading diff #s hastily twist the selector knob back and forth what this does is clean the contacts in a circle for diff functions in side the meter this works good with analog or digital meters

Correct me if I'm ::--The battery's observed voltage is 9
Then how can it shows 9.4 as measured value.Measured value should be smaller or equal to Observed Voltage not more than that.
What if your testing the components on a circuit board and is it supposed to be the same readings as in the video? Because when I go to test my transistors by putting the positive on one side and the negative on the other side they all have a reading and in the video it is supposed to be 1. If it’s good. And I know for sure all these transistors aren’t bad.
