LOONA is the best thing to come out of K-Pop. Not trying to knock on K-Pop, but their music stood tall against anything that’s out there globally. Simply amazing catalog of songs. I grieve the loss.
Watching this now makes me even more emotional. It just makes me think about how shocked they were to have so many fans at loonaverse and then how they must have felt in 2019 knowing they didn't take off like they wanted to in their home country. Then showing up at kcon to be completely shocked that they actually have some international fans and feeling completely loved and overwhelmed by it. (still having no idea the real extent of their ifanbase) and then all the internal controversies and projects getting scrapped. Just how they must have felt being away for so long and uncertain how orbits would receive them upon return... Then december rolls around and orbits respond to the drought... by amassing a powerful force to vote them the popularity award at the AAAwards. The girls are shocked, hyejoo is crying--- they hold the sold out meet up and they're crying and feeling loved singing 365 and it's the perfect end to the year... but the orbits aren't done yet and gift them #1 365 itunes us chart, making them the first kgirl group to be #1 in both albums and singles, and the 2nd girl group in the world to do so. And THEN turn around and make them #1 on billboard world digital sales. Getting the world to acknowledge them and forcing Korea to talk about them on the news. All this for a group with no 2019 comeback. It's abundantly clear what orbits all over the world are trying to tell them. "I love you." If that's not the best Christmas story, Idk what is.
I wasn't an orbit yet until mid 2022, but seeing this now breaks my heart. They've always deserved so much more than they got from their company. As rough as the world tour was, I'm glad they finally got to see how much they're loved everywhere around the world, I hope Chuu gets the chance to see that someday too. I've never seen a fanbase stick to together and truly care for the members the way orbits have. Though it's sad that things are probably coming to an end for loona, I know the bond these girls have with each other and with orbits is strong enough to last a lifetime.
I just want to say this, the way you made this video is just perfect, I can tell you worked so hard on this video, this really looks like a real music video and I just want to say thank you for your hard work on this video
