Part 1 - மறைக்கப்பட்ட ஜெய்பீம் உண்மை கதை!!!
ஜெய்பீம் திரைப்படத்தில், முன்னாள் வழக்கறிஞர் திரு சந்துரு அவர்கள், அதாவது திரைப்படத்தின் கதாநாயகனான சூர்யா அவர்கள், உயர் நீதிமன்றத்தில் வழக்குத் தொடுப்பதில் ஆரம்பித்து, அந்த வழக்கை முழுவதும் கண்டுபிடிக்க பாண்டிச்சேரி, கேரளா போன்ற இடங்களுக்கெல்லாம் சென்று விசாரணை செய்து, என்ன நடந்தது என்பதை கண்டுபிடித்தார் என்று, உண்மைக்குப் புறம்பான சம்பவங்களை கோர்த்து, அந்த திரைப்படம் கல்லா கட்டியது.
ஆனால், அப்போதைய சிபிசிஐடி ஐஜி பெருமாள்சாமி அவர்கள் தலைமையில் இந்த விசாரணை நடைபெற்றாலும் கூட, உண்மையில் CCIW டிஎஸ்பி வெண்குசா மற்றும் அவருக்கு உதவியாக இருந்த ஆய்வாளர் ஹரிகிருஷ்ணன் ஆகியோர்தான், காணாமல் போன ராஜாக்கண்ணு வழக்கில் என்ன நடந்தது என்பதைக் கண்டுபிடித்தார்கள். உண்மையில் அப்பொழுது ஆய்வாளராக இருந்த திரு ஹரி கிருஷ்ணன் அவர்கள்தான் முழு ஈடுபாட்டுடன், 80 விழுக்காட்டுக்கும் அதிகமான புலன்விசாரணையைத் செய்தார்.
ஜெய் பீம் திரைப்படத்தின் உண்மையான கதாநாயகன், காவல் பணியிலிருந்து ஓய்வுபெற்ற ஹரிகிருஷ்ணன் அவர்கள்தான். இந்த வழக்கில் சந்துரு அவர்களும் அல்லது திரைப்படத்தில் கதாநாயகனாக நடித்த சூர்யா அவர்களும் உண்மையான கதாநாயகன் அல்ல.

ஜெய்பீம் திரைப்படத்தில் ஓய்வுபெற்ற நீதியரசர் சந்துரு அவர்கள் வழக்கறிஞராக இருந்தபோது, அவரே இந்த வழக்கை முழுமையாக விசாரித்து உண்மையை கண்டுபிடித்தது போல், திரைக்கதையை சித்தரித்து காண்பித்திருக்கின்றார்கள். உண்மையில் இந்த வழக்கை புலன்விசாரணை செய்த காவல்துறை அதிகாரி ஹரிகிருஷ்ணன் அவர்களை நேர்காணல் செய்த பொழுது, பொய்யான பல்வேறு சம்பவங்களை புனைந்து, கட்டுக் கதையான திரைக்கதையில், கல்லா கட்டி இருப்பது தெரியவருகிறது.

I never intended to protect Police. Whenever they are scandalised in general, I try to defend. otherwise, if they are guilty of wrongdoing, i would not hesitate to condemn. In this case, the guilty police officers were punished only by Police

Kudos for bringing the other side of the coin, sir, from you and your team. I've always believed a coin has two sides, and a great movie doesn't reflect the absolute truth, except we hear it from both perspectives. It's a cinematic trend to portray police departments in a bad light as always, and I sometimes think that people wouldn't live peaceful if the law and authority were at stake. Since most of the media are positioned towards cinema light, it is a rare occasion to identify a real persona like you and I've always wanted professionals to be included in the media limelight and earn reputable recognition like celebrities. Glad you have started and keep promoting your work sir.

Super and congrats for bringing out the truth.Police is an institution and Police Service is very much essential to safeguard the human life and property. In a crime case unexpectedly Custodial death happened. No doubt there was an excess. But For commercial purposes the action of the police has been exaggerated and the movie created a bad impression on police. Now you have taken efforts to bring out the real facts .

Sir, after seeing your videos , i believe you as a straight forward officer and some how in this case there were hidden facts unshared with the society. After seeing the movie people will not be accepting the facts revealed as per my thoughts. Any way it was a bad incident, triggered due to various reasons and the local officer lost his cool and concealed the death after realishing his mistake.

10. Whether Victim Rajakannu was a habitual offender as per police records or very first time local kammapuram police suspect related to that 43.5 pound gold ornaments theaft case?
( Because like our youtube debate shows some of them told habitual offenders and without confirmation they told Rajkannu was a peculiar criminal like bawaris gang) please as a Investigating officer clarify this doubt...
Not even a single previous case against Rajakannu. He was not a habitual offender.

2. Even till today Tamilnadu Police, whether find out the culprits of initial theft case 43.5 ponus gold ornaments missing case or not?
3. How or what basis Local Police suspected Rajkannu and relatives involved in theaft case?
4. What is the major clue or evidence found by local Police to suspect Rajkannu and his relatives?
5. Who are the other local police personnels involved like SI Anthony Samy and Head constable veerasamy? Police personnel role rankwise during brutal torture and cause of death due to local police personnel of Rajakannu death and his relatives torture?
6. Who is the Inspector of Police during Rajkannu death and torture? What is his role?
7. After Càme to know by court, the local police personnels did knowingly torture and cause of death Rajkannu and relatives, what type of punishment given by court?
8. Why Inspector of police Basiyam, misguided the case in favour of local police personnel even after review petition came from Cuddalore SP? what type of punishment given to Basiyam?
9. Why basically local police misuses their power to find out theaft case this much of interest?

CCIW means "Commercial Crimes Investigation Wing". Initial theft was not detected so far, and it was said that the theft itself was not true and it was the handwork of household inmates. Some witness told the Police that the previous night he has seen the movement of Rajakannu in that village.

11. As we know, it is not so easy to give representation against local kammapuram police to Cuddalore District Police Administration... Even after overcoming many local police therts, Victim Paravathi meet Cuddalore District SP with the help of Communist and local village people... What type of fruitful action taken by District Police Administration during one year long period before Advocate Chandru moving Hapicus petition in the court? Or why Inspector of Police Mr.Basiyam misguided (as per debate giving by others) the case? Really Inspector of police misguided the case sir? In this regard, have you found any findings during your investigation?

Actually, the local police District Administration has not taken it very seriously and just forwarded the complaint to the DSP for registering a case under Man Missing.

Only because of Harikrishnan Sir honest and neutral investigation and produced the same before DSP Venkusa and IG Permumal Samy, the local police personnels may be punished by the Court of Law...

Every Police personnel is also a subset of social human being... If Every police personnel realise that truth, such kind of brutal incident may not happen in the near future....

So many optimise arguments to justify of police brutal roles . Kindly avoid optimise look on victim. Already victim lost their justice and life because of these kind of optimism view . Just because people have privilege doesn't mean suppress minority people justice. Even though the film created as per director view let it be! That's good cause for the society only . At any cost police won't accept their mistake, they always try to break their mistakes into small pieces and make it look like normal ...
