The sea scrolls I agree with but cursed eye can be really good especially with soy milk or the lost/tainted lost it’s a risk reward item it’s really good if you manage to not get hit when charging and plus you can shoot it even if it’s not fully charged and still get multiple tears out of it if you get black candle cursed eye is amazing since it gets rid of the teleporting effect
@@adrad It depends. There are a lot of items that benefit from having slow tears. Also, in this case, you don't have to worry about hitting the enemy or not since you have homing tears.
Clicker isn't buggy, but your health gets set to half a heart if you switch to the lost.. cause the lost internally technically always has half a soul heart A switch into a different character won't undo it
I DESPISE rocket in a jar, I dont know if its just a me thing that I forget I have it just 0.004 seconds after picking it up but I ALWAYS take damage to it by running into a wall and using it thinking I have normal bombs, also the main idea is that you use your bombs(as rockets) offensively but unless you have the 99 bombs item or have a golden bomb for that floor its never worth it to use a bomb for that, honestly instead of it being activated by moving and using a bomb it should be by shooting and using a bomb that simple change would make it so much better
I dont really mind Plan C. There isn't a single other active item in the game that'll be more useful against a final boss at its last phase. So if I'm already getting close to that boss or have an active that's not making much of a difference, I'd easily take it. If my goal is The Beast and ive already begun the ascent, what good is it gonna do me to keep something like Spider Butt, Void, or Pinking Shears? I'd rather guarantee my win just from killing the ultra horsemen.

My idea for less sicky Dataminer: No more negative stat changes on use. Upon use still flips sprites and grants an all stats up similar to sausage. However you don't get to keep it. It's 2nd ability is you can use it to see question mark pedestals at the cost of the chance to turn said pedestal into a tmtrainer item. But if you risk taking said item you keep the all stats up permanently.
I had a jacob & esau run yesterday with everything jar on the beast. When I used it I got dataminer and died from rocks because the beast and rocks were sideways. R.I.P.
Dataminer's a really niche use item, but its niche uses (underflowing stats) is really helpful. You can go from 100 dmg and 1 tear to 99 dmg and 120 tears. Much more potential than like, any of the bean items.
in Greed Mode, the item pools are small enough that as Isaac its very easy to force pretty much whatever item you want to spawn and get it. usually you can do this by forcing out a D20, and then from there once you have a D20 you can get every single item you want even if you don't have the D6 anymore. using the Clicker doesnt just let you get different completion marks in a Greed Run, but due to the way the jam chance on the Greed Donation Machine works, you can actually donate a lot more money in a single run on average this way as well.
I dont get the hate towards the Cursed Eye. Personally after the buff, this item is very good. However, cant help it but be disappointed to find it, with a 5.00 tear rate, because it would hinder me as oppose to help me. SO I think it COULD use a buff, so its all around helpful, with STILL being risk reward type of item. Basically, if you hit the cap of 5.00, you would get an extra shot and if you break the cap or get more tears up upgrades, you would get additional tear for your Cursed Eye. That way, despite you being maxed out, you can still pick it up and be better than ever, with STILL having the warping effect so it would have that risk reward factor to it. TL;DR: I think Cursed Eye is fine and being hated on, but cant help to give it a different buff so its useful when you have good tear rate.

Bob's brain, BFF, and IBS are the worst items in the game. With clicker, dataminer, and plan C, you can just not use them. But if you start an eden run with any of these three items or pick them up on a blind floor you will take so much self damage from them activating at bad times and blowing up in your face that it ruins the run every time.
Bobs brain can at least be controlled, but bbf is just garbage. I would rather have a boom fly spawn in every room rather than have bbf (i think you meant bbf, bff is very good)

I dont get the hate on the glass shard item, its one of the best average items ive ever stumbled upon and its amazing for not only chip damaging bosses but also room clearing, if the hate comes from needing a heart to heal, just make sure you dont grab it with little to no hearts, since its very unlikely the item is not gonna drop you half a heart
To put it simply it's almost never worth the health drain, the rng on the heart drops are also just extremely inconsistent, it's medium reward high risk, ergo not worth taking. It's quality 1 for a reason. Also a lot of higher level Isaac is resource management wasting hearts that could've gone to a devil beggar or sac room, or blood donation machine can pretty much lose you a run
You forgot to mention the third ability of dat minor. It causes your tears to become random tears like divine light attacks, flaming tears, freezing tears that’s honestly what makes it good.
Plan c can be utilised to kill delirium and get the achievement/unlock. When drl dies, he does the white noise thing. When you see it, hit pause and wait for the animation to end. Do this several times (pause after each white noise) and you'll die right after game gives you the achievement By the way clicker is essential to do the Mega break. Russian youtuber and streamer Neonomi has created the way to do almost (except mega satan and beast) every mark on every character in *ONE* run.
Honestly if I dont have an active and I see dataminer its a pick. That random stat up and down is the chaos I like. If I get a bad stat down idc I'm still trying. Its that good stat up I'm looking for.

You can kill beast with plan c tested that like 5 days ago. Just wait till she actually spawns and you will die on almost the same frame the game enters the cutscene, giving you the post it note and the win
Im surprised cursed eye wasn’t here. I can see it being useful but every time I get it it never synergizes with anything I have and makes the whole run dreadful. Especially against bosses.
One time I got the clicker as Isaac and so I used it changed into lazerus (I’m bad at spelling sorry) and then picked the D6 back up it was a really fun run
Clicker is good for unlocks when you have a broken build, especially when u breakfast and can get basically infinite breakfast. I had a huge run with clicker and a almost full moving box of r keys
If I can be honest, my luck with clicker is godlike, I’ve gotten almost all the hard unlocks for t-eden and t-cain that way. It’s the only active I’m not mad at to see
My side note: Plan C is like that because I'm pretty sure it's part of the lore, since isaac hates himself and allat, when the player takes plan c, the boss dies because Isaac dies too. Just my theory and/or side note
I'd say Cube Baby, Lil' Portal, and Lil' Hushy. Cube Baby does pathetic damage in the exchange that you have to go really far out of your way to use it. Lil' Portal sucks up a ton of resources for just about nothing. Lil' Hushy is pretty much Distant Admiration, but it isn't relevant to the character and it has no strategy to utilize it
Plan C is actually pretty good with certain characters, as long as you have an extra life you get a free instakill on bosses. Having items like inner child or t. Lost birthright that respawns you in the same room (especially T. Lost Birthright) can make beating hard bosses like delirium or mother phase 2 (imo hardest phase of any boss in the entire game) literally 1 button.
nah, get yourself a d20 on greedier mode, get a god run with R keys, blank cards, whatever you want and clicker then boom, you have an easy and fast way to farm the greed donation machine and unlocks for all characters
Plan C had to be nerfed in the past as it was basically a free unlock as the timer used to be longer before death, meaning you could wait out quite a lot of bosses... You could also tank the death with Gnawed leaf and other similar effects in the past too...
I’ve only once willingly used Plan C, and it was after defeating all the horsemen for the Beast fight. On my Dead God file I just saw it, and used it just to get it checked off lmao
i found value in clicker when i got an r key on greed mode after clogging the donation machine, it reset it so i could donate twice as muxh, never had any other value tho

For red heart characters, guppy item with 9 lives. It not only puts you to low hp when you die once, but if you’re at a fight you can’t win, you’re forced to die 8 more times just for the pain to end.
Cursed eye because it was the first time i went to the void and had a weak build this is when i was new to the game i picked it up and got hit then got teleported to delirium and died
Tbh i have yet to see the benefit of the beggar items over just having the resources they take, save for maybe the demon one that takes red hearts. But even then *only* on no red heart characters, which even then has the exception of keeper since iirc those turn into flies for him
Bum friend can pay out with items key bum is decent and dark bum is definitely the best one and if you have key bum with pay to win the item that makes everything that is locked use coins instead of keys then it’s worth it since you don’t need keys anymore
I see few people mentioning Guillotine. How can a orbital with a good damage up be this bad. I am fine with cursed Eye, Bobs Brain even BBF and IBS. But the sheer disorientation I get from this item always manages it to screw me over.
Clicker is something i actually find EXTREMELY useful for not having to play as much greed mode. :3 Mainly cause it lets me fill the greed machine on a character that hasnt completed greed modeevery time i find it as isaac with a broken greed run (every Isaac greed run)
Clicker has made doing greedier for all tainted characters a breeze. Just get op items, make a bunch of battery packs and start using clicker until you get to the character you need the greedier completion for
If you beat a boss as one character, clicker, then walk into the chest [like in the clip], what does that give the clickered-to character? Like the Mother fight. If the fight ends w you as Isaac, you would get Isaac’s unlock w/o walking into the victory chest right? If you clicker then walk into that chest, does that register as a Mother kill for both characters since you walked into the chest Mother created?
Plan c is just a really hard item to get to work (and not just die) but if you can you can one shot at least the final phase of the final bosses the rest just kinda suck
Clicker is insane when you have already rigged, it lets you utterly breeze any character unlocks and unlock death certificate on your 5th run, especially with it being unlocked by default.
One item that is the worst is broken shovel it actively try's to kill you plus it takes up an active item slot. Yes, I know you need it to get forgotten but it is an item itself that does nothing good.

They actually did that some updates ago. You can't use rockets anymore unless you are shooting tears.

Binge eater. Ive never had a run where it helped, only made me accidentally miss items because i forgot it swapped with HP up
You can cheese any mark with tainted cain. For non tainted characters you just use ankh + clicker afterward.

The clicker can be one of the most useful items, especially for cheesing greed mode
I did a greed run with dataminer the other day it’s not a good item but god was it kinda fun
The clicker helped me to unlock a lot of things of characters that i don't like to play like ??? or Maggie
Plan c can be utilised to kill delirium and get the achievement/unlock. When drl dies, he does the white noise thing. When you see it, hit pause and wait for the animation to end. Do this several times (pause after each white noise) and you'll die right after game gives you the achievement
By the way clicker is essential to do the Mega break. Russian youtuber and streamer Neonomi has created the way to do almost (except mega satan and beast) every mark on every character in *ONE* run.
Also clicker gives you half blue heart when you transform from lost to other characters
Honestly if I dont have an active and I see dataminer its a pick. That random stat up and down is the chaos I like. If I get a bad stat down idc I'm still trying. Its that good stat up I'm looking for.
I like Dataminer early since the random tear effect is good enough early game to beat most bosses. Ok at best but it has it uses.
For me it’s definitely items that explode when you don’t want them to. Bobs Brain, BFF, No. 2, etc
Had a run where my stats were so dogwater that I unironically used Dataminer until a point I could remedy them. It’s better to use it in a cleared room, and even then it messed up my Range for like 3 floors. It unironically saved that run,
Dataminer is a special item and i like it now because it only gave me damage and tears in one of my most recent runs
I used clicker once on a super broken run and turned into tainted lost while I also had holy mante, easy mega satan and delirium on him
Teleport really doesn’t have that much purpose only to find secret rooms and possibly getting the glitch room so…
eh, you can get out of the moms foot bossroom, also free curse rooms if you have flight (or curse rooms at all if you play t. lost)
You can kill beast with plan c tested that like 5 days ago. Just wait till she actually spawns and you will die on almost the same frame the game enters the cutscene, giving you the post it note and the win
plan c is easily fixable with dead cat or guppy's collar. you just need to gain your health back.
Im surprised cursed eye wasn’t here. I can see it being useful but every time I get it it never synergizes with anything I have and makes the whole run dreadful. Especially against bosses.
As someone who has never played binding of Isaac, plan C sounds like a killer item
Closed every single character with tcain using clicker.
Used plan c or similar to switch between t and reg chars using missing poster/las rags
One time I got the clicker as Isaac and so I used it changed into lazerus (I’m bad at spelling sorry) and then picked the D6 back up it was a really fun run

You can instakill delirium with plan c if you stop until game when the screen buggy are gone
Glass shard has single handedly ruined more runs than dps helped out (especially when you get rerolled into it as T eden then oops! run all gone)

Clicker is good for unlocks when you have a broken build, especially when u breakfast and can get basically infinite breakfast. I had a huge run with clicker and a almost full moving box of r keys
Plan C is op what you mean, you can instakill any boss phase, even delirium if you know the technique.
If I can be honest, my luck with clicker is godlike, I’ve gotten almost all the hard unlocks for t-eden and t-cain that way. It’s the only active I’m not mad at to see
Data Miner and Rock Bottom are a match made in heaven, but with Rock Bottom, everything just can be better.
400 hours in, tried a ton of times to get unlocks witj clicker.
Couldnt do it once so far.
Data miner saved one of my tainted lost run. I had rock bottom so i only got the positivt effect from it
Something else ive noticed about clicker is the fact that sometimes it removes MULTIPLE items because.... ???
Actually never thought about the use of clicker for cheesing unlocks ... Lol
My side note: Plan C is like that because I'm pretty sure it's part of the lore, since isaac hates himself and allat, when the player takes plan c, the boss dies because Isaac dies too. Just my theory and/or side note
I'd say Cube Baby, Lil' Portal, and Lil' Hushy. Cube Baby does pathetic damage in the exchange that you have to go really far out of your way to use it. Lil' Portal sucks up a ton of resources for just about nothing. Lil' Hushy is pretty much Distant Admiration, but it isn't relevant to the character and it has no strategy to utilize it
Plan C is actually pretty good with certain characters, as long as you have an extra life you get a free instakill on bosses. Having items like inner child or t. Lost birthright that respawns you in the same room (especially T. Lost Birthright) can make beating hard bosses like delirium or mother phase 2 (imo hardest phase of any boss in the entire game) literally 1 button.
I mean plan c is bad if its used alone which is not the main idea. If you get something that gives extra lives then its top tier win the run item

nah, get yourself a d20 on greedier mode, get a god run with R keys, blank cards, whatever you want and clicker then boom, you have an easy and fast way to farm the greed donation machine and unlocks for all characters

Plan C had to be nerfed in the past as it was basically a free unlock as the timer used to be longer before death, meaning you could wait out quite a lot of bosses...
You could also tank the death with Gnawed leaf and other similar effects in the past too...

I’ve only once willingly used Plan C, and it was after defeating all the horsemen for the Beast fight. On my Dead God file I just saw it, and used it just to get it checked off lmao
One time, I got 120 firerate on a run, and the game glitched so much that I was set to 0.1 firerate, but I one shotted everything even tho I had 9 dmg
i found value in clicker when i got an r key on greed mode after clogging the donation machine, it reset it so i could donate twice as muxh, never had any other value tho

One time I was trying to unlock Lilith and I saw clicker (I didn’t know what it did at the time) so I used it and it turned me into Magdalene and then I died
Plan c is good if you have extra lives I think and if you're able to play your run correct
For red heart characters, guppy item with 9 lives. It not only puts you to low hp when you die once, but if you’re at a fight you can’t win, you’re forced to die 8 more times just for the pain to end.
Bro I got rock bottom with clicker and so many other unlocks that were too hard to get. Clicker is a goated item
Cursed eye because it was the first time i went to the void and had a weak build this is when i was new to the game i picked it up and got hit then got teleported to delirium and died
Tbh i have yet to see the benefit of the beggar items over just having the resources they take, save for maybe the demon one that takes red hearts. But even then *only* on no red heart characters, which even then has the exception of keeper since iirc those turn into flies for him
Bum friend can pay out with items key bum is decent and dark bum is definitely the best one and if you have key bum with pay to win the item that makes everything that is locked use coins instead of keys then it’s worth it since you don’t need keys anymore
I see few people mentioning Guillotine. How can a orbital with a good damage up be this bad. I am fine with cursed Eye, Bobs Brain even BBF and IBS. But the sheer disorientation I get from this item always manages it to screw me over.

Clicker is something i actually find EXTREMELY useful for not having to play as much greed mode. :3
Mainly cause it lets me fill the greed machine on a character that hasnt completed greed modeevery time i find it as isaac with a broken greed run (every Isaac greed run)
Clicker has made doing greedier for all tainted characters a breeze. Just get op items, make a bunch of battery packs and start using clicker until you get to the character you need the greedier completion for
plan c its for insta kill anything but only work good when u pause and unpause for more time for live

Clicker not removes all items, it's only removes your last item each use
If you beat a boss as one character, clicker, then walk into the chest [like in the clip], what does that give the clickered-to character?
Like the Mother fight. If the fight ends w you as Isaac, you would get Isaac’s unlock w/o walking into the victory chest right?
If you clicker then walk into that chest, does that register as a Mother kill for both characters since you walked into the chest Mother created?
Plan c is just a really hard item to get to work (and not just die) but if you can you can one shot at least the final phase of the final bosses the rest just kinda suck
Clicker is insane when you have already rigged, it lets you utterly breeze any character unlocks and unlock death certificate on your 5th run, especially with it being unlocked by default.
Hey man, if you exclusively play Isaac you can definitely get unlocks with the clicker
One item that is the worst is broken shovel it actively try's to kill you plus it takes up an active item slot. Yes, I know you need it to get forgotten but it is an item itself that does nothing good.
