If you drive down all the fences that are located to left from where you start, you have pretty much gold in less then 30 seconds

For some reason using your method I can't get more than 225,000
DUDE that blows! Keep trying & you'll get it. It took me many times doing it this way and as you can see, I wasn't perfect on this run either, but this was my highest score. If it wouldn't have spawned me all the way to the other side of the map at the end, I might have got a higher score. Keep your head up dude!
I found that it gives more points if you let those door hit you sideways. Front and behind won't give you as much.
In the end I completed it by hitting every fence on the left side of the map towards the jet engine, then went to the big tall vertical ramp on the right and did that about 5 times and got enough for gold
