Fable: The Lost Chapters No Upgrades Speedrun Beaten In

No Upgrades is a category extension for Fable, in which the following restrictions apply:
1. No experience can be spent, meaning all upgrades are forbidden.
2. Potions that increase Health and Mana cannot be used, so Elixirs of Life and Will Master's Elixirs are forbidden, leaving you at the starting levels of health and mana.
This means no spells aside from Level 1 Lightning can be used, and heavy weapons cannot be used without an extreme movement and attack speed penalty.
This results in a run which cannot use Berserk, Summon Clipping, early Sword of Aeons, Multi Strike, Multi Arrow, Physical Shield, Assassin Rush, Solus Greatsword, Enflame.
The run itself was decent, but fell apart a bit near the end. I'm not entirely convinced if Skorm's Bow is worth it, and I lost a lot of time to buying and selling in the Arena, so a free minute or two can be saved there. Overall I'm happy with how this went though! - Hry

Now this is gonna be a VOD binge for my holiday. Very impressive time 👍
I've been playing Fable with just bow and magic (and a stick, so I don't use a sword accidentally), and you can hit Jack with an arrow mostly when he attacks or dashes, ergo, when he's in the middle of an animation. So yes, for a speedrun, sword is faster.
Great run by the way, good to see is possible to go through the game without aging your hero to an early retirement.

I was thinking about playing Fable once more, cuz it was a game of my childhood pretty much lol.
Wanted to ask a question, if you recommend the old (Lost Chapters) version, or the new (Anniversary) version :D
I like the janky mechanics (that's why am still playing Gothic 1 & 2), so dunno if the new version has what am looking for :D

It's possible btw. Even on Mazes battle. I done his battle where he skips the light house once
