These are very valuable rules for anybody who wants to get rich. Unfortunately, most people who will watch this video will not really be able to apply the principles. We may not want to admit, but as Warren Buffett once said, investing is like any other profession-- it requires a certain level of expertise. Building wealth involves developing good habits like regularly putting money away in intervals for solid investments. Financial management is a crucial topic that most tend to shy away from, and ends up haunting them in the near future. True, A lot of folks downplay the role of advisors until being burnt by their own emotions. Currently I'm just being smart and frugal with my money, I'm in the green 47% over the last 23 months and l've accumulated over $70K in pure profits from DCA’ing into stocks, ETFs, dividends and futures. However I’ve been in the red for a month now. I work hard for my money, so investing is making me a nervous sad wreck. I don’t know if I should sell everything, sit and just wait.
Stocks are pretty unstable at the moment, but if you do the right math, you should be just fine. Bloomberg and other finance media have been recording cases of folks gaining over 250k just in a matter of weeks/couple months, so I think there are a lot of wealth transfer in this downtime if you know where to look.

The removal of the Glass-Steagall Act in the late 1990s, which contributed to the dramatic failure of large banks during the financial crisis of 2007-2008, was a very unwise decision. Dodd-Frank and this Act both need to be reinstated immediately in order to avert another catastrophe. If nothing is done to fix the current issue, what happened with SVB is merely the beginning of what will occur.
In my opinion, SVB was attempting to restructure their bond portfolio, which involved selling their low-yielding bonds despite the potential loss, and compensating for it by buying higher-interest-rate bonds on the open market.

Times are weird. The US dollar is losing purchasing power due to inflation while strengthening against other currencies and assets. The stock market, real estate, crypto AND precious metals are down because people are fleeing to the "safety" of the dollar. where else can we put our investment money? I can't afford to see my savings of around $320,000 turn to dust in front of my eyes.

The year began and something is already making it better than the entire 2022. Amazons AM2023X came out and it's such a great thing no matter where you come from. Everyone can participate and it is making many things easier than they have been. A perfect storm is brewing in the United States. We may not want to admit, but as Warren Buffett once said, investing is like any other profession-- it requires a certain level of expertise. The thing to me is, if you invest and have other income outside of dividends then you will be able to live off dividends without selling. Which means you can pass that on to your kids which will give them a leg up in life. $52k dividends received in 2022.

So you get something that will allow you to improve your progress in this area. This is what I’m saying, if you buy now to rent the house out the interest rate will be all high making you have to overcharge your renters. If you make the rent high would someone even want to rent it out? What happens if your renters run into hard times and can’t pay all the rent or any of the rent since it’s your mortgage you will still be responsible, this guy Robert never talks about that, and I have seen plenty of his videos. I’m already responsible for the mortgage my family has…if you make the rent fair I’m sure you will only pocket very little money and you still have to have money in case something goes wrong in your property you are renting it won’t be the renters responsibility.
