In usa should i show the bank statement twice time? Before getting i20 & before interview date? If its, i have to manage the bank balance twice time..
2nd question offer letter & i20 are same?
Answer to your 1st question - You can use the same bank statement if your I-20 documentation and Interview dates are close (within 45 days approx.). Or else, it is recommended that you take a fresh bank statement to your interview.
Answer to your 2nd question - No. They are different documents. Offer Letters are issued first. Your I-20 will contain details from your Offer Letter. I-20 is the most important document. You may need to provide your Offer Letter as well (if required).

Bank Statements are usually considered as Financial Certificates. Tax papers act as supplemental documents.

We understand your unfortunate situation.
Without your I-20, there is no official way to know your deficit. However, for parallel information, you can search social media groups for I-20-s with similar scopes like yourself. That way, you can have an educated guess as to what your deficit may be.
Regarding the "portal off" issue, have you informed your graduate coordinator about this? They may assist you too, with information.

I received my I-20 but it's bugged(My majors are Mech.E with Motorsports Engineering but it states CS for whatever reason). I've spoken with the OIA at Purdue and they've actually advised me to opt for the family-based immigration pathway due to my chances of proving my intent for immigration being non-justifiable(we are documentarily approved and in between the process of being called for our immigration interview). Should I still work with the i-20?

If you are going to have a different status, your i 20 needs to be updated according to that. Because it contains the visa requirement on the top of the document.
So once your status changes, you would need to request for the I 20, you are no longer eligible for an F1 visa.

You might face some critical questions from the Visa Officer (VO) if your sister is your sponsor. So yes, please be prepared to answer as many questions as possible - no matter how sensitive the questions may seem.

Unfortunately, apart from the US Govt., no one knows the answer to these questions. Many might speculate, but no one can say for sure. Our reverse question to you is, we have not seen any aspirants (who has come to take our services) be rejected for VISA - because they are all genuine aspirants with solid funding and scholarships. They were not bothered by "VISA ratio" - because that does not effect such students.

It is up to the Visa Officers (VO-s) as to the requirement of your documents. As you mentioned "ami kisuitei ei sokol kagoj er jhamelay jete caina" - the journey might get difficult for you because you do not control which documents might be requested!
We will advice you to be prepared with as many documents as logically possible.

Why are you going for agency based applications, when you can easily apply and get admitted yourself? By no means I-20 delivery should take more than the shipping fee of documents - which is usually around $100 from USA to Bangladesh!

If university is sending hard copy (paper version) then it takes 1-2 weeks from the date of dispatch.
But nowadays most universities are providing soft copy (pdf), so that students can print it out.
