Thanks for the coverage of this show. It's always a good one. Did not make it this time. Too soon after going to NNL East for me to justify another road trip. Lot's of work went into that Supertest station especially the building of the Miss Supertest and its trailer. He is a fellow club member.

+Model Car Minion next time you should put some eagles, ccr, Fleetwood mac, bob seger, etc. easy to listen to, plus it is from the right time to go with the muscle cars
p.s. almost all of my models are die cast bodies with plastic parts. you can build them fairly fast, and are easier to customize the stance easier too. I do have a couple of plastic ones I'm working on... a 2005 corvette pro-street, copper/bronze paint
Hi Pierre, I have heard the Kingston show is cancelled this year and they are deciding if they will continue. There will be another show in Ottawa in September, check out my video for that if you like, it used to be in Almonte but moved back to Ottawa in Sept, 2017.
so, there was some really decent models. some of them really did a fantastic job building it. for example the black super bee with the red stripe. but what I don't understand is, why do they build such a good model, with very detailed engines. but then they have mediocre paint jobs. what I mean is undetailed paint. full of orange peel. the paint can make, or break a car (or truck) I've got a few pictures/videos of paint jobs that I've done. I also sell them on eBay. they are publicly shared so anyone can check them out on my Google profile page. I'm almost done with another 68' Camaro, a completely custom build. and you will never find a finer paint job ANYWHERE. nice video though, nice cars too. the paint jobs just need help

What kit is the 40s car at 9:40 ?
+zorak65 Not sure, but I checked some images and it looks like a 1948 Chev or Pontiac, probably an older kit and may not be available now.
I have it in my closet now.A 47 Chevy Coupe by Galaxie models.I revere it so much I'm building a 48 Ford as a warm up.
