Natalo nito ang record na 23.30 seconds SEA Games record na hawak ng Thailand, at gayundin nakabasag sa ating national record na 23.35 seconds na naitala ni Lydia de Vega noong 1986.

Actually we are not just aiming for Seagames only but in Olympic record too. I'm admired your perseverance KK just run in the swimming pool just on your waist level then run that is what Usain Bolt did, just look at Allyson Felix of USA also how did she trained she "tied a rope on her waist with a tier" of a vehicle and then run...I'm sure if you do that frequently KK, then you will be improving more than your time clock next time.

"He didn't do well interviewing her but he did a good job", meaning by that is his question is all about her but the execution of the question is suck, which you said is " very awkward". But yeah, you're right that the interview is underwhelming suck.
