    what if i want to post multiple images, portrait and landscape, and show a bit of the next image on the previous image. Sort of to “hook” my followers to scroll to the next image? It’s kind of like telling a story. I can’t seem to get the math right for those different sized images…

    • @phlearn
      @phlearn  Před 10 měsíci

      Hey there! You can increase the quality setting (for example, from 60% to 90%) to preserve more detail in your images, but keep in mind that for social media optimization, we recommend a 1080px x 1350px ratio.

    Can’t get it to work. I have a 6 image pano that I want to split. That would be 1080x6=6480. 6480x1350 is not possible no matter how I try to do it on the W xH resolution crop. Even if I try to share it in 5 images I can’t get the W x H to be 5400 x 1350 (it was a portrait style pano if you were wondering). It just cuts off half of the image height. Original pano is 12,508 pixels wide by 6112 pixels tall. The best it will let me do is 5400 x 2618 px

    • @veikkokuoppalaWorld
      @veikkokuoppalaWorld Před 10 měsíci

      This technique is only possible if your image's max width is 8192 px. If the width of your image is more, the image quality will suffer. If your picture is bigger, you have to use another method. For example, divide your image into parts, so that one part is max 8192 px wide, and process each of them according to the instructions in this video.
