I have voyaged through tempests. I know the seas better than I know my own skin and flesh, it wouldn't be wrong to say that I am the sea itself. No seas are indomitable so long as I remain afloat! I am unsinkable as the Grey Ghost, mighty as the Black Dragon! The waters break before my bow and shudder at the sight of my guns... And yet, it only took one more tempestuous voyage to sink me.
Painful. It's painful to admit, to speak of this shame with my own tongue and lips, but such terror I have never felt once, not even in the face of waves bigger than that of a fortress's bastion. I could not shake it out of my mind. It sticks- it haunts my every waking moment! I fear every gust of wind, every tremble of the sea beneath my feet, I freeze and stare at the ashen-colored sky as I quietly await the dreadful scream of engines flying overhead. But it never came, it never came again, and it filled me with bitterness. How I wanted to latch onto that man's body and carve my pain onto its metallic wings! It deserves to die and I will kill it- nay, I shall SINK it to the bottom of the ocean, feed it to Scylla and Charybdis! Feed it to the Leviathan! Let it drown in the ocean where I, too, sank, and fill its lungs with the saltwater that once forced the air out of mine.

Get the bar to 100%, then while staying in flight mode get it back down to 40% or less (the bar will stay rainbow colored if you're doing it right). Then hit f while still in flight!!
