I work in The Public Service for Non Collective Waste Water Treatment and it's amazing to see a drain's unblocker ("hydrocureur" in french) working like that. Congrats from France :)
What is the difference between non collective and collective wastewater treatment?
Non collective : you have a small wastewater treatment plant for one or two dwellings, offices etc... The processing capacity is between 3 and 50 population equivalent.
Collective : you have one big wastewater treatment plant for one or two cities. The infrastructures are very massive and the processing capacity is between 800 to +400 000 population equivalent.
The cost of non collective wastewater treatment plant is between 3 000 and 15 000 euros. The cost of collective wastewater treatment plant is between 100 000 and 1 000 000 euros.

I’m still amazed at how different the drains work in the uk and here in the us. My friend from the london area just told me that we apparently have different water levels in the toilets when they asked me why the water in our toilets compared to theirs. Wipes go down easy in our drains as far as I know
Wipes may go down easy but they wreak havoc at your local Wastewater Plant. You are not suppose to flush wipes ever.

Just seems sometimes you could really do with blending it all up before tryings to rod it. Could save you some time??
