Jaw-dropping deep bass extension down to 20Hz and massive output with stunning musicality that will delight both audiophiles and home theater fans. Reference subwoofer performance has never been available near this price from a cabinet of this size. SB-1000 Pro is a breakthrough subwoofer in every way.
Multiple innovations were deployed in the high-excursion 12-inch SVS SB-1000 Pro driver to ensure massive subwoofer performance from a relatively compact cabinet. Advances to the cone, surround, voice coil, and motor assembly maximize excursion for room-energizing SPLs at the lowest frequencies, with precision and control.
Using reference amplifier technology from the flagship SVS 16-Ultra Series, the SB-1000 Pro features a 325 watts RMS, 820+ watts peak power Sledge STA-325D amplifier with fully discrete MOSFET output. Harnessing the immense power while ensuring tonal accuracy and driver control for more convincing bass effects is a 50 MHz Analog Devices Audio DSP with frequency response precisely tuned for the SB-1000 Pro.
SB-1000 Pro also features the SVS subwoofer smartphone app, the most convenient way to control volume, access multiple DSP functions, and program custom presets. Adjust crossover frequencies, a three-band parametric EQ, polarity, room gain and more, all from your favorite seat.

I have bought two sb 1000 pro. I'm using them with Magnepan mg12qr. It's just wonderful.
Yes - this shoudl sound lovely
I am running a music only, 2-channel HiFi system that uses a Vincent SA-31 MK preamplifier and a Vincent SP-331 power amplifier. SVS recommended the SB-1000 Pro for my speaker and room size. Will I get better sound quality: by using the RCA connections and putting this sub between the preamp and amp ( Preamp -> Sub -> Power Amp -> Speakers ) OR using speaker cables utilizing the high-level inputs on the sub ( Preamp -> Power Amp -> Sub -> Speakers ) ? Thank you in advance for your recommendations.
If it is a short run, I would use the high level speaker input
I am deciding between this and the pb1000 pro. I have 5.0 set up currently in a medium size open living room paired with a denon x1600h. Would either one of these give me good bass for my set up?
Both wil lbe superb. But if you have no issues with the extra size, go with the PB-1--- Pro
Hi, My system is with Polk es15 as front, es35 and center and es10 as surround, but the subwoofer I have two Onkyo Skw-658.
If I replace this two onkyos by one svs sb-1000 pro, should I notice the improvement?
Yes - The SVS will walk all over the Onkyo
@@TLPCHC Well, I finally bought two sb-1000 pro and they are awesome! I'm still calibrating and defining the right volume, but the sound of the whole system changed dramatically.
Would you know if this is compatible with the Bose 900 soundbar 🤔
Bose can do some unique things, so I don't know.
No…. The sound bar and its “bass” module connect through a unique termination in the Bose pre-amp/processing unit. You’ll need to connect to a traditional receiver , preamp.
@@mikewinburn Thanks for replying, I've thankfully changed tact, I've bought a Denon 6700h amp.. i will build a system from that..
@@davidcurry4433 fantastic receiver! Should offer years of enjoyment….. enjoy
@@mikewinburn Thankfully i didn't rush out and buy the Base 900 soundbar. At least the Denon has multiple of uses, and at £1700 a bargain..
Hi There, I have a Yamaha NS-SW300 and a Klipsch R100Sw.... I want to add the SB-1000 in addition to them....please let me know your opinion?
HI Dylan. At a glance, you have a lot of speakers producing bass, with nothing doing a good job. Consider a re-set, sell the Klipsh and the Yamaha and put in ONE SVS SB-2000. Less is more.
@@TLPCHC thank you Appreciate your feedback
🤠 You could use your old subs for the surround speakers. The Yamaha has high-level speaker inputs so you can connect them to the av receiver's surround speaker outputs. You then set your surround speakers as LARGE. The sub will high-pass the rest of the signal for your surround speakers. The Klipsch only has rca inputs, so sell it or use it for another room. The SB-1000 will play the rest of the LFE content for your front speakers.
Are those fakes books in the back???? Really?
No, not fake books - real wall paper. We use different wall paper around the store to help create and define spaces in the store. Check it out here: www.listeningpost.co.nz/about-us/shop-tour/christchurch-store/christchurch-shop-tour-__I.83182
