    Research has shown that there are many ways you can hone your mental sharpness and help your brain stay healthy, no matter what age you are. Doing certain brain exercises to help boost your memory, concentration, and focus can make daily tasks quicker and easier to do, and keep your brain sharp as you get older.
    The human brain is just 2% of the body’s weight, but 20% of its metabolic load (1-3), and 10 times more expensive per gram than muscle. On the other hand, the brain manages to produce poetry, design spacecraft, and create art on an energy budget of 20 W, a paltry sum given that the computer on which this article is being typed requires 80 W. So where in the brain is power consumed, what is it used for, why is it so expensive relative to other costs of living, and how does it achieve its power efficiency relative to engineered silicon? Many classic papers have studied these questions. Attwell and Laughlin developed detailed biophysical estimates suggesting that neural signaling and the postsynaptic effects of neurotransmitter release combined to account for 80% of the brain’s adenosine triphosphate (ATP) consumption, conclusions that are also supported by the overall physiology and anatomy of neural circuits.

    Regarding the Yuguas, Bibhu Dev Misra mentions that on on March 31, 2025 the Kali age ends, which then causes a period of unrest/conflicts/wars, leading to a global collapse by 2040!
    BTW, I've heard it said that most people are so caught up with their thoughts, that they sleep-walk thru life, never noticing anything around them. So it seems, being awake and noticing everything in the present is a good thing. On the other hand, when you are totally involved, and in the zone, you are so focused that you filter everything out, including the sense of time... which I've heard Sadhguru say is a good thing (talking to Sunil Chhetri ). So, is being aware of everything a good thing, or is it best to be so focused on the task in front of you, that you aren't aware of anything else?

    Interesting but also sad 😮🤔😕 I often wish I would reach Samadhi or moksha to escape this hard life or "hell on earth"

      Don't worry. Just try always to be 100 % HONEST.
      And believe in God, the Supremem Being, the Creator.
      Read the Bhagavad Gita.
      "In Him alone seek refuge with all your heart, all your love, -.
      and by his grace you will attain an eternal state, the highest peace."
      - The Bhagavad Gita 18.62 - tr. Zaehner

      The Bhagavad Gita verse quoted is with a typo in one word. Here's the corrected text:
      "In Him alone seek refuge with all your being, all your love;
      and by his grace you will attain an eternal state, the highest peace." - The Bhagavad Gita 18.62 - tr. Zaehner
      You have another very good translation of the Gita on the net by Swami Sivananda of the Divne Life Society.
      I advise you NOT to rely too much on the Bhaktivedanta's translation "Bhagavad Gita as it is". His commentaries are heavily burdened by his ideology (and his ego).

      @@goranandrijasevic2534 ok thank you for your kindness I am somehow really coriouse about reading the Gita to understand more... Life is tough and to be honest since I was around 18 and questioned really REALLY everything someone can imagine I explored much that the vedic Wisdom seems like the ultimate truth and I thought OK if you can "escape" this heavy dualistic life cycle by whatever kind of practise or attitude then I am just curious to learn more about it... To be fair it is an egoistic few maby to see it like that just because life gets hard to question everything and "give up" but really I can explain in any words what happened in me during the last years... I was raised Katholic but we didn't go so often to church and I admit that I didn't pray really often or much and was sceptic and also did so stupid things in my life I regret also Sins which I wish I never done but maby all of this pointed me towards the search of truth and a meaning in life and yea since then I am hurling around in life and seem to get more and more worse... It's just dramatic for me so I would really enjoy or hope that I maby enjoy if I can read this texts or book to get more understanding of life and byond...I don't know anything anymore just that I want to get out of this nightmare... I am just a really confused individual and I read so many things like Jesus was teached by yogis his ability's and got back so he can do all his "miracles" which are more likely Siddhis... Then I saw videos where it is said christ is within you as christ conscious and it is attained by practise of some things like breathing techniques or meditation or even it's possible through yoga..also in the book Autobiography of a Yogi I read that the Garden of Eden and Tree of Life and Tree of Knowledge and Snake.. Everything is just a Metapher and should in reality just resemble or mirror the human Body etc I was just blown away man what the heck reallying . And now really I am just confused...I don't know how and why I came here to this planet (except through my parents of course) and I just don't know what is the damn truth and why I have to suffer (OK I now a little bit because of the karma which may led me to this existence and the circumstances I got in my life but) really I would be glad somehow if I can reach a higher well-being if I just can life at peace a little bit like I did as a child... Sorry for this enormous text but thanks for the kindness and explanation/tips...
