Good grief, doesn't she have enough money? I think she just likes the attention, and her lawyers just see a cash cow to keep her paying them to keep this going.
I'm not a lawyer, but it's a Shelby Mustang body. No matter the color or addons or what name you give it. Is she going to sue anyone out there that modifies a 67 or 68 Mustang? Just make a small change and say it's a Eva, Emma, Elsa. 😀
Her and her 'legal' team need sued for theft by deception and (more then likely) destruction of personal property, charged with both criminally as well.
That’s b.s., it’s a modified looking Shelby. I couldn’t believe they took CZcamsr mustang build. It’s the fans that keep the Eleanor name worth anything. A lot of people probably don’t even know about the original Gone in 60 Seconds. The remake gets all the fan fair.
am i the only one confused, im not new to the industry, ive sold cars and exaggerated hp, fuel mileage, how many they made, honest it came from the factory with fi but it was taken off, etc. i didn't know if you painted a name on a car or even called it a name you owned the rights to that name. none of these cars are the genuine Elenore car so why is there a problem. you would think the elenore owner would be the one suing.
im no legal expert but im curious to know why e licensing llc hasnt been sued by any of the people that paid the 200000 dollar licensing fee for a replica of the e car since its no longer copyright protected a class action lawsuit by all the purchasers would be justified also if you try to find e licensing company llc's website it doesnt seem to exist anymore did it close lastly ive got to admit i only found out about the e copyright thing through the b is for build lawsuit and i immediately thought it was preposterous that there was any copyright protection on that car at all because the base car was ford product that isnt copyrighted anymore and reproduced by other manufacturers the movie cars while tecnically arent shelbys they are only lightly cosmetically modified and are still confused with shelbys by your average person (like me) lastly i remeber years ago when the shelby cobra was no longer under copyright protection some company decided to reproduce them and shelby sued that company for copyright infringement and ultimately lost but in retalliation carrol shelby and shelby american started reproducing cobra bodys and frames and still produce them today i dunno whats gonna be the ultimate outcome of halickis legal woes over the car but im sure in the end the person thats wants and e replica is gonna be the one to get screwed i fully expect the price of of licensed e cars to go astronomically high as it looks as if theyre arent going to be anymore ridicolously over priced licensed replicas made anytime soon and thereby screwing the customer
Yes however hopefully it will end this month. There is to be a determination on her appeal. Don't worry when it happens there will be another video. I sincerely hope it is my last on this topic.
Love your videos! I’m no attorney, but in my opinion, her attorneys should have challenged the judge knowing that he was the same one who had ruled against her the first time around. This case may be never ending. 🤦🏼 Just sayin’🤷🏼
I hope everyone effected by her files a class action lawsuit for all damages and loss of revenue incurred.
You and me both! Thanks for watching!
Affected.
She's greedier than Walmart, Google, and Apple combined.
The start of the “mighty’s” fall, I like this judge
Fingers crossed!
Great update Tony! Looking forward to more! 👊😎✌️
Thanks 👍 We will have wait till June. Hopefully that's the last update and this mess is finally over.
Good grief, doesn't she have enough money? I think she just likes the attention, and her lawyers just see a cash cow to keep her paying them to keep this going.
I think this will end in June but we will have to wait and see. I'll post things up once the story is completed. Thanks for watching!

All the body parts are available to buy…I would make one and see what happens. I would of course make it a different color.
In a way it is not fair that someone “ owns” the right to build a Mustang like that
Agreed this should be decided shortly. I actively check the court documents and will post an update once there is one.
Her and her 'legal' team need sued for theft by deception and (more then likely) destruction of personal property, charged with both criminally as well.
That's it - I'm getting a personal plate for my Mach 1 "Eleanor"
That would be awesome. Maybe wait till June for the decision on this one.
She just seems petty to me trying to go after everyone like she has.
I think it's more about the other options she has to make money or lack there of?
Hey Tony, Do you know if her reach extends to Canada?
I have no idea BUT if you are thinking about spaying something that paint scheme I wouldn't.

There is to be another hearing this month. I am hoping they put this thing to bed once and for all. Stay tuned.
@@TonysFordsandMustangs Me too. Since my nickname is the Mustang Guru. Mustangs are a way of life for me.
If Denice Halicki loses her Eleanor copyright claims, then how does she continue to pay for her Botox treatments? Oh, the horror! 😂
‘How to ruin a brand…1-o-1’…ridic.
Agreed. Thanks for watching!
Great video Tony! Aint she suing Trump also!? 😂
Thank you Roy!
And then...drama

You are far from the only one that is confused by this what's been happening with this case in the court system.
It was a 1973 Mustang. Look at the grill. I had a 1971 Mach 1 back in the day of the original movie. Not even close.
Any update?
I check every other day. Closing arguments for both sides were summited the second week of June. Since then crickets.
im no legal expert but im curious to know why e licensing llc hasnt been sued by any of the people that paid the 200000 dollar licensing fee for a replica of the e car since its no longer copyright protected a class action lawsuit by all the purchasers would be justified
also if you try to find e licensing company llc's website it doesnt seem to exist anymore did it close
lastly ive got to admit i only found out about the e copyright thing through the b is for build lawsuit and i immediately thought it was preposterous that there was any copyright protection on that car at all
because the base car was ford product that isnt copyrighted anymore and reproduced by other manufacturers
the movie cars while tecnically arent shelbys they are only lightly cosmetically modified and are still confused with shelbys
by your average person (like me)
lastly i remeber years ago when the shelby cobra was no longer under copyright protection some company decided to reproduce them and shelby sued that company for copyright infringement and ultimately lost but in retalliation carrol shelby and shelby american started reproducing cobra bodys and frames and still produce them today
i dunno whats gonna be the ultimate outcome of halickis legal woes over the car but im sure in the end the person thats wants and e replica is gonna be the one to get screwed i fully expect the price of of licensed e cars to go astronomically high as it looks as if theyre arent going to be anymore ridicolously over priced licensed replicas made anytime soon
and thereby screwing the customer
Thanks for your comment. We do have what I believe to be a conclusion to this case. The updated video will be posted Saturday morning.
@@TonysFordsandMustangs gotcha ill be looking for it
this nonsense is STILL going on?!

I was just wondering what car is under the cover?
That's my 1970 Mustang Mach 1. You find out more about it in this video. czcams.com/video/j4-Jb-_j0oU/video.html Thanks for watching!
Her husband was pretty cool.
Very much so.
