Perthes Exercise 1, Legs Split Stretches

  • This exercise is the first in the series for Perthes Disease, it should be done 3 times a day, in the morning, in the afternoon and at night before going to bed.
    It consists of 30 repetitions of opening and closing both legs. The child should open his legs as much as possible without pain.
