      It's a cheapy, but I believe it's fairly accurate, the bolts are tight lol

      @@edwinmendija8087 but then if i put a larger engine on i would have to swap the tag numbers on the frame because a bigger engine's tag numbers wouldn't match whats on my papers you see

    Did you have to modify the engine case to fit the new cylinder and head on to your 50cc engine?

      No.. this is drop in on 99% of qmbs.. I have seen once, a case that needed modification

      @@scooterarmy The only QMBs that need case honing are the QJ built variant that was on a bunch of old Ventos. You'll know you're looking at one of those because they take weird sized belts (that are no longer available) and use Minarelli clone variators... but there are so few of them left it hardly matters anymore.

    How does it keep it cooler? I mean it's plastic. . I took mine of my maddog an I used the plate that was mounted under the seat an cut an made a piece to mount with the angle of the bar that's on front of head an formed a piece that follows the curved bar under the head
    Sound good or no. Im thinking of getting the 72cc kit from rolling wrench. Do I have to pull the motor off?

      I'm not sure I understand. Most of the time pulling the.motor is not necessary. I had other reasons to pull, I usually do it on bike.
      The plastic cooling shroud keeps it cooler because it encloses the engine and the fan flows are around it. You will overheat without the cooling shroud.

      It will overheat? I guess the wind from riding doesn't blow on it. I put the steel plates thru on mine to block water from hitting the head. Keep your wrapped in plastic. It's beautiful

      @@seanmayo206 I hear ya.. and im not the world authority on it.. I run a temp gauge and would be curious what Temps your running without the cooling shroud.     Can you tell me the exhaust your using?

      It's an Amazon exhaust , sold for the 150cc, I had to modify for the 50. All said and done I junked it and went with a different one. Its a garbage exhaust that I wouldn't recomend.

    Hi, what did you set the valve clearence to? And what size carb and jetting to that 52mm big valve setup?

      .003 on both, but every build will vary a little. Anywhere from .002 to .005. True 20mm cvk, 92main. Upgrading to 21mm slide in future

      Sorry, i have a few more questions..
      What sparkplug do you use to these Kits?
      Do you change crank bearings?
      And last, what about torque springs?

      @@dp-kr7js ngk plug.. most people either start with a low mile motor or replace crank. I don't remember what ive got for clutch springs

    Yeah but then you gotta change the vin numbers and all that bullcrap do all that work drilling it off to change it so it ain't worth a kit

      I don't know what your talking about. I have a license. And this is only 88cc, it's not a sport bike lol

      @@scooterarmy They seem bad at explaining it but I think they are talking about the regulation that anything 50cc and less are legal for road use without a motorcycle license and in some places don't need to be registered or insured. Going bigger takes you out of that legal threshold. But really, no one will know unless you get caught going suspiciously faster than you should on a 49cc.

      @@scooterarmy for who doesn't have a license that's the right way of doing the swap the right way with your original tag numbers each one of those scooters have tag numbers and is stamped on the frame then once the metal tag is swapped no one can say you can't ride that because then its your argument over their's while they wonder about the paper and the engine size they'll wonder why the paper says it goes up to 40 but the engine goes to 60 and they won't get it

      @@dekoldrick it wouldn't matter getting caught cause the stuff would be changed from old to new
      You take off whats all on the old and put it on the new one and your all good and then you tell anyone that's how it was when i bought it used
