I graduated high school in June 1976. The student parking lot was filled with late 1960's and early 1970's American made muscle cars. My first car at age 17 was a 1969 Dodge Charger 383 Magnum with 56,000 miles. I paid $1,200. You could buy nice late 60's Camaro's, Roadrunners, Mach 1 Mustangs, Chevelle's, Super Bee's, Olds 442's, GTO's, etc all day long for less than $2,000. I know a guy that sold a 1930 Model A Ford 5 window coupe with chopped top painted yellow like the American Graffiti car for $275.00. No one wanted those Model A's at that time. That car today would sell for $40,000 plus. I sold my Charger in 1976 for $1,000. I bought a 67 Chevelle Malibu 327 4 speed for $750.00. If only we had a time machine and could go back.

CLT Street Side is so so ambitious with their pricing… SS is more about collecting then selling 😂

I would be curious to see what the final sales price is for these cars!

Go to the classic car auctions. Those prices are extremely high!!

You are right! Always a great selection! And thanks for the info on the paint color! We were very undecided on if we liked the paint color of that Trans Am!
