I've wanted to vid these two again ever since they aired the McDean eps on Hollyoaks Favourites, it was so refreshing to see them on screen again and it brought back so many memories and feels from my childhood. So when I heard this song I knew it was perfect for them.
Rewatching their story as an adult I can see how toxic their relationship was and how John Paul deserved better but I will ship them always and I'm really sad they're not endgame anymore (again lol). They finally got back together off screen just for Craig to runaway with another guy off screen ugh. As much as I want them to end up together it's probably best they don't unless Craig returns which is unlikely as Guy Burnet doesn't want to come back to the show. Luckily I'm enjoying the James&John Paul romance.
Lmao sorry for that rant, this couple just make me feel things haha. This video isn't my best due to the quality but I hope it still gives you those classic McDean feels.

James Sutton John-Paul actor wanted to come back Guy Burnet Craig actor did not he works in america. So they had to break they up as they chose not to recast Craig i still miss Mcdean no man has seemed as right for John-Paul than Craig

Sophie this is wonderful i don't understand though why hollyoaks would change Craig Guy Burnet Craig actor wanted to tell a different story to John-Paul Craig was not a coming out story but about a confusing deep love for one person this person just happens to be his bestfriend a guy Craig always knew he still fancied girls but that he loved John-Paul and every other time him and John-Paul had split up Craig was always meant to be with another woman Craig suddenly going for another man just makes Mcdean seem alot less special and undermines the way Guy Burnet wanted his character to be portrayed
I understand splitting them up they didn't really have a choice about that because Guy was definetly not coming back and James was but why make Craig be with another guy he should of run off with another girl instead

Holloyaks producers have really annoyed me here making Craig go off with another man on the reveal episode John-Paul said to Craig I'm sorry that everyone knows that you get off on undressing boys as well as girls when for Craig there was only one man he wanted to undress and give his heart too no other man stood a chance with Craig i don't get why hollyoaks couldn't of honoured that aspect about Craig
Have they said why they split up? I haven't watched it in years but know they split them up again and have been waiting for the answer as to why?
@@lizziemurphy9276 JohnPaul said they had kind of grown apart JohnPaul said they wanted different things JohnPaul wanted to be with his family and Craig wanted to be with a personal trainer names Hans. Craig would never of gone with another bloke it just doesn't fit his Character.
