Anthony, it's not the mod that increases the enemy HP, it's being teamed up. If you summon one person, bosses get +60% HP and +50% resistances. Summon two people and they get even stronger.
I was wondering about that. It seems the game is using the same mechanics for when you summon characters normally.

"mechanics have been introduced in addition to the base game's enemy health pool increases as you would normally get with increasing phantoms: As you can play with 5 phantoms (as opposed to the maximum of 2 in the base game), additional tiers of enemy scaling have been added in order to preserve the game's challenge."
@@FluffyBusch It doesn't help that they refuse to learn even the most basic mechanics of the games they play. I'm not sure if they think it's more entertaining that way but in reality, it's just infuriating sometimes. Like when they refuse to read what's on the screen, then they (Appsro) blame the game and the developers.

Appsro, it's not that magic doesn't work in the game it's that you're to far on 90% of your casts. If you watch the fight of you guys doing the Sentinel almost all of your casts disappear before they get to him.
And his blood sword attacks, nearly everything he throws at him never hits.
It was great that you guys branched off into a new channel. Give each one of you a chance to create your own content yet keep it in the realm of the NEEBS community. 10 years plus strong, keep it up everyone, love to see what random stuff you show us next. Wang a dang dang dang!
First they kick Thick44 out of the band and now they are doing solo projects? Not good. Not good at all. I've seen this Doc....Neebs ends up losing his mind to drugs, Simon gets caught stealing, Dora is caught supplying Neebs with Drugs, and Appsro 100% is going to rape Anthony at some point. He's the weakest and slowest

17:48 @neebs I love you guys and wanted to give you a tip as a controller player. While mounted, you can swipe your weapon off both sides of your mount. It has been a long while since i played, but i believe the right trigger is your right attack, left trigger should swing weapon on left side of mount too. This lets you stay on mobs easier without having to make large turns. It took me a long while when i was first playing to figure that out and it changed mounted combat for me. There are also certain weapons that have special attacks you can use while mounted, holding in triggers for a power attack.
If he hasn't figured out the lock-on mechanic, this has slim odds of bearing out.

IT's always so refreshing to see these videos. My oldest cat just passed away 2 days ago (as I'm typing this, at 3am) and I've been a wreck, but this has apparently been one of the things that's helped me calm down, so, thank you guys for being you. You help us out in so many ways that you probably have never even thought of.
Anthony isn't lying about Bloody Slash! Bleed is easily one of the best status build-ups in Elden Ring. Appsro's Fanged Imp Ashes also have the ability to cause Bleed build-up. I've used Bloody Slash on the Samurai starting class with the Fanged Imps to clear bosses in Caelid. I wonder if this will lead to Appsro one day wielding one of the two Intelligence scaling katanas.

I wish there had been such seemless co-op when it first launched. Me and friends all played separately, and I wish I could have had a co-op experience as a brand new player with no knowledge of the game.

Nice work on the sentinel. To trigger those blood bursts, you need to keep applying bleed effects. Same for any status effect like stagger or poison--keep applying the effect and it will ultimately do something fun.

Having Anthony going on record saying he has used bloody slash a lot in previous playthroughs but at the same time not knowing what a bleed status effect is... Oh wow that right there hurts me physically, mentally and spiritually

Appsro two hand your staff unless you need to block. Also hold down the button you use to quick switch items and it will go to the first item you have equipped which will be your health flask
What does 2 handing the staff do? I don't think it does anything in the other souls games, is Elden Ring different?
When you use two hands on swords, your attacks are stronger. I believe your attacks also increase when using two hands on a staff.
two handing a staff doesn't do anything. you're better off having a magic boosting sword and a staff as you get both bonuses

For the future you can drop rues from your pocket to the group and other players can pick em up. Just in case one of you is a couple hundred short. Also with magic early on it's best to stick with the glintstone spell you start with as it's fast and cheap meaning you can cast it far safer and will kill them over time.
With the DLC available, hopefully Neebs and crew will have the motivation to once more search for the Elden Ring

Nifty little trick I learned about cliffs. When you craft rainbow stones (you should really get the crafting kit first thing) you can toss them over the edge. If they land in one piece and start to glow, the fall is safe. If the stone shatters and doesn't glow, the fall will kill you

Appsro, if you ever put any levels into the stat that determines your magic damage (INTELLIGENCE!!!), it would do more damage.

Anthony is a great addition to the team, because of his abilities regarding gameplay and teamwork, it makes them 0.0000076% more efficient at the game. Or, to put it in another perspective, they are now as efficient at gameplay as someone whose just come out of a coma, and has major muscle atrophy.
to be fair to neebs, a lot of games actually use the triggers (or r2 and l2) to zoom in and out of a map. I think that more than right stick is used perhaps

I am so glad I found these. Been a long time fan of the neebs crew but I used to love watching SBFP darks soul 1,2, 3 n bloodborne. I was so sad when the channel broke up because I wanted to watch them play sekiro and elden ring but neebs, appsro and anthony have such similar sense of humour it's great. You guys might of met matt, pat and wolly back in the machinima days too. Great raw content I love it.
I wish this was a series on the main channel because i know you can do cinematic cam and i know they would make for amazingly funny chaotic videos

i've said this in old elden ring videos but after fighting a boss no one can just the world until after you've used the mist and reopened the world

Quick recommendation: when I played, I added my flasks to the secondary menu you can access by holding triangle or Y on your controller. This saves you the panic of having to cycle through your summons to heal or replenish focus. I believe Appsro has already added Torrent to that menu - a good start!

The thing to keep in mind while watching this struggle-through, magic or "sorcery" is so overpowered in this game that it's the unofficial easy mode. Especially when you combine it with summons and ashes of war. If you're struggling this much, try restarting with a casting build or if you're already passed Rennala, you can re-spec by talking to her and using a Larval Tear.

I kinda like watching them struggle bus a little bit. It’s a whole different genre than they’re used to and they don’t yet know the mechanics of the game, like gathering smithing stones to level their gear.
I’m not saying tree sentinel is easy, but if they’re struggling so much with this boss, they’re in for a rude awakening 😂😂😂

The dumpster is awesome and this series is fantastic! Given how long the playtime can be with Elden Ring, and the non-curated setting for the dumpster, I would love to see the team invite some guests who specialize in Souls games - like Lobos, Dist, Hob, etc. It would be like inviting Kane to the Darkness Falls series, so the team had some some help from time-to-time, while also adding a touch of flare (not that the flare is needed!).
