This mod just awesome. Utilizing, modifying, making new stuffs like this is just amazing. Applause for the creator/s and you as well for the great gameplay. The crimson heads are cool addition, but they look funny when they die they're on their knees xD

God these fan games are so damn sick...the resident evil fan base REALLY loves the story to these games man, and its on full display here. Also the crimson heads inclusion in this is REALLY FREAKING COOL. love the music and the atmosphere here too.

Out of the three episodes, this one impressed me the most because they managed to add a new enemy, with an animation of its own. It's not just an enemy with a different skin. The other episodes are good too, with new cutscenes and backgrounds... but this one is the most impressive imo. The crimson heads' death animation has been changed for the better now. A shame these enemies don't come back in the next episodes, though...
Speaking of their animation, I think I know where it comes from: the only enemy with a similar running animation in RE1 is the Tyrant you fight on the heliport when he charges you. What do you guys think?

But I've asked him about the next episode 2, and he said he will continue working on it as soon as he finishes with his current work. I know it's a WIP mod and it looking really good; atmosphere wise but when I saw those Crimson Heads, death animation on their knees.... it reminded me of the animations from the cancelled Resident Evil; Gameboy Color port! LOL!!
Question: Why everytime you hit an enemy with a knife you go to the itens menu? Great video by the way! =)
It makes you knife faster in game
@Bryan Valentine Mcalister Thank you :) Ah..This is called knife canceling, and this allows to reset your knifing movement from ready to attack to default(standing), and sets your character position a bit further from where you were standing. Unlike other classic RE series, the Re2 and Re3, knifing in Re1, especially the motion and attacking range, is really bad. Sometimes your attack won't hit the enemies for no reason even if you're very close to them. It's actually a must when you play Re1 , especially when you have to save your ammunitions.

Y'know, there's two games i'm amazed no one used the assets from in a resi evil custom mod; T.R.A.G. (Or Hard Edge as it was called in Europe), and 'Deep Fear'. Those, and the Parasite Eve franchise, had locations and settings that would add more areas and options for settings
