Do you take vitamins on your 1 day fast?
@@crystalam6336 Hi Yes, I still take my vitamins when I do the cleanse. Vitamin D & B12
I day is a hand wash vs a bath. I wish we stop using words like detox and cleanse with little to no real days. This is more of a day fast.
Eventually I’ll get to a 3 day or a 7 day detox/cleanse…baby steps 😉
