Nice tour and review. Appreciate it! Oh, btw the fruit at 12 minutes is called jackfruit, I believe. I saw it in some Asian grocery stores in the US.

I just booked the St. Regis in Singapore and Cairo and this one doesn't look as nice as the one in Cairo. I will find out when I get there but I'm still looking for a better hotel in Singapore. This video makes me feel like it's not worth the price.
I stayed there when it just opened. Beautiful hotel then and from what I see on the video, it's still beautiful now. However, the service was kind of lacking. I felt the lady at front desk had attitude problem. So many luxury hotels in Singapore. St Regis doesn't really stand out there.
The JW marriott south beach or westin is better choice imho
