It really is! cheers bro
Sick mate!
Good overview mate
Ive been using the NB4 since it came out and its still my Number 1 ... Definitely want to get this new model !
its awesome bro, you could definitely make some money back on your older model and get the new one!
You should check out the radiomaster MT12. I looked at a lot of transmitters and radiomaster mt12 4in1 is my favorite.
Absoloutely dude! uve heard go things, just trying to get ahold of one haha
@2:13 I had to return mine because that whole brightness issue bothered me. when I had my NB4+ the 86% brightness mark would be at its brightest ... But once I increased it to 87%+ it actually dimmed down, see if you notice that on your radio as well. A new update was released but not even that update fixed the brightness issue
I have the same issue. It is related to the firmware version. At the local track many of us have this nb4+, and only the people with the 1.0.5 std has the brightness adjustment right. The rest have the exact same issue so I am pretty sure it will be fixed soon.
@@adrianchiloeches7262 well my first nb4+ I updated it to 1.0.5 and still didn't fix the issue, so I sent it back for a replacement which came with 1.0.5 std and the display issue was non-existent it worked perfectly right out of the box when my first one didn't... That's why I feel it's the first batch of the radio that got released has that display issue because even with the same firmware update my first radio still had the issue and my replacement works just perfect.
This radio is basecally a phone on a radio but ill rather the dumbo for the price
(Btw it has been a while sinse i haven't commented his videos)
hey dude!
Yeah, i understand that dude, dumborc even has a new one with a screen, i have it and will review it when i have time.
When i say something like "For the money" i mean that in terms of "within its price bracket" etc :)
The Dumbo units response time is far slower than the NB4 (I've owned several Dumbos and an NBA), it's not even close. If you do any sort of racing then the NB4 gives you a huge advantage and is comparable to the speed of the most expensive Sanwa and Futaba transmitters. A real like-for-like price comparison should be between things like the NB4 vs Sanwa m17 vs Futaba 10px - since these are all comparably fast, and in this comparison the NB4 is down-right cheap while also having a more premium build (materials, quality etc) than these much more expensive units.
@@JLA-RC The price difference is only $400 between this and the dumbo...
Racing, yeah, excellent...
Everyday multi-model bashing, the dumbo kills it. đ
So when you swing the wheel from standard position on right hand side of body to the left side of body does the transmitter know as it pertains to turning the wheel left âcounter clockwiseâ is actually (left steering). Havenât seen anyone answer that part.
It's the same steering output. If you wanted to make it wheel left âcounter clockwiseâ, you need to set up the channel reverse.
Dang I was interested in the new spectrum dx6 rugged but this thing for the same price comes with a friggin iPhone lol
100% dude, it's really hard to look at other brands because no one seems to be Innovating, just since and repeat the same design from the last 20 years haha đ
Can it make phone calls?
Probably haha đ
@@MatthewSimm wouldn't surprise me in the coming years we would be able to make phone calls too
