    Habits are a great tool to achieve our goals and build our ideal identity, but only when done in the right way!
    When done just for the sake of doing it, a habit can actually become detrimental for your goals. That is because our habits are "just" the vehicle to achieve our goals, not the goal itself.
    And so, when we base our identity on a habit and not on a goal (I am a vegan, instead of: I am a healthy person), we can start acting in ways that will not help us achieve our goals!
    That is why it's key to shift our identities from the habit to the goal and to then allow flexibility, on the 3 following levels.
    1) Stay open:
    - Define your Goals.
    - Base your identity on it: • Why You Are Not Succes...
    - Then find the habit that will bring you there.
    - Every once in a while ask yourself, weather it's the best option you know.
    2) Stay flexible:
    - Your habit/vehicle is still the best one you know to achieve your goals.
    - But something changed, which makes doing adjustments (even if just temporary), better to achieve your Goals.
    - Allow the Flexibility (ex. you hurt yourself, so you can't run anymore)
    3) Accept the inevitable:
    - You physically, even if only temporary, can't perform your habit.
    - Don't allow that to ruin the present moment
    - Take it in a positive way!
