    OMG! I’m so happy I found your channel! Thank you for sharing your knowledge. I love Ayurvedic powders! I experienced a major set back earlier this year and began experiencing excessive dryness, breakage, and shedding. In June, I decided to regain control of the health of my hair. I decided to go back to what my hair loves - simplicity and using all natural products and Ayurvedic powders/oils. I use fenugreek in my leave in tea spray, my Ayurvedic hair oil, and in my deep conditioning concoctions. My hair loves it! My hair is fuller, growing, and retaining length. I have practically no breakage, and shedding is minimal. This is the healthiest my hair has ever been. Ayurvedic powders are life!!!❤️🌺

      @@bebejolie1 Wow, this seems like it will be alot of help for my hair. Thanks for the new recipe! Just wondering, do you use multiple things on your hair? Like using this one from the video and the one that you were suggesting? Does that mess with your hair too much? It's just that I thought so many ingredients would kind of mash but ig it works well for your hair so it must be beneficial.

      @@blebe891 hi there. My hair loves Ayurvedic herbs, so yes, I do mix several herbs/ingredients together. My hair responds well to this. I’ve been using many of the same ingredients now for over 10yrs. The key is understanding your ingredients and how to properly use them to benefit your hair’s needs. You won’t go wrong with implementing Ayurvedic herbs into your regimen. I hope this helps. Happy growing!🪴

    I would appreciate some guidance on a wash day routine and particularly when and how you apply these oils, teas puddings. I am following you and Curly Proverbz and while I have an basic sense that every alternate two days you apply the refresher spray and oils. I just want to know the steps to use these after hair has been freshly washing. Is it immediately (oils) or wait a few days and then begin the alternate application? I do appreciate that you get right to it (not too much talking and meandering) and you list the instructions with measurements. Keep it up. My hair is fire!

    Quick Question. I recently noticed thinning on my edges, so I've made this paste. I wanted to know, have you used the paste together with an oil? Atm, I am massaging my scalp with it, then following up with an infused oil. Would you say that's too much?

  • @CocoaIsBeauty

    I enjoyed this video. After watching, I have an idea to make the paste and freeze it in a few ice trays, to prolong the product life. I want to use this as part of my weekly deep conditioning. Would that be okay? If so, what would be the life of it in the freezer?

    • @VyalaBloom
      @VyalaBloom  Před 3 lety +4

      I think that should work! It should be able to stay in the freezer well for at least a few months or longer... just make sure that once your paste has frozen in the Ice cube trays, that you transfer them over to a freezer safe container or ziplock to prevent freezer burn!

      Hey! So I researched online to see if the ingredients are safe or not... all of the information I found is referring to consuming the ingredients and not using them topically. But I am assuming here that if it's not safe to eat, it's not safe to put on your skin...
      - Hibiscus is NOT safe for pregnancy... it can lead to miscarriage and other complications, so do NOT add this to your mask
      - Fenugreek is safe to eat at small/moderate amounts, though at high amounts it can cause early contractions. While I'm not a doctor I think it would be okay to use this mask topically, but I suggest getting a second opinion on this.
      - Green tea will be fine!
      Hope this helps!
