I would have preferred to have the nook shorter as a table with a chair at each end, that way it's not crowding the area. You can then have a 2-seater sofa instead of that bulky single chair, which is more practical, esp. if 2 ppl will stay in it. If you intend to rent it out even occasionally, that kind of sofa will be a disaster.
