Rural tofu makers is what id like to see. Does it taste different? Better? I like silken tofu but its hard to get in my area of the US. Are there different types of tofu? Flavors?
There are not that many varieties, but there are sesame tofu, yuba tofu, and egg tofu. There are also other types of tofu, such as seasoned tofu. The taste of tofu sold in supermarkets is completely different from that of tofu sold by tofu specialists. (Especially the smoothness is different.)I have a tofu shop that I recommend, and I will upload a video of it again!

Awesome! I hope one day to try tofu from a specialist. I don't think many Americans who aren't vegetarian know that much about tofu.
