the cx 50 does have a touchscreen. it only works when using android auto or apple car play and only when the vehicle isnt moving. its just software limitations. my wife and i test drove the cx-5 and the 50 and wound up buying the 50. we preferred the interior design and prefer its handling. and we think it looks better as well.

Thanks for the review. Those glossy black bits and low roofline bug me too. Was beginning to think I was the only one.
