the reason he losing fat quick is not no genetics, cash been working out for as long as some of yall jits been alive, he's already displaced most of his bodyfat with muscle, even when hes eating unhealthy, hes majority muscle. muscle burns calories wayy more calories then fat, ontop of that, on this diet his body has no choice but to burn fat as it enters ketosis because of the lack of carbs. ALSO, hes hooping and going to the gym everyday -- lots of cardio

Actually, he did it pretty by the book. You can have pork on Carnivore. You can have fish too. Any animal product you can have as long as it’s “clean”. Obviously no ice cream or anything like that, but butter, cheese, etc is good.
@@dall2341 Im a nutritionist in Dallas at the cowboys facility. I can assure you adding pork to your carnivore diet is not beneficial for health and slows the metabolic process. But to each is own just giving my two cents.

Try the fruit and water diet I believe that’s a better way of losing fat and it’s a more effective way of cleansing your system in my opinion. I did it and lost about 5 to 6 pounds in a week I did 3 full body workouts that week and cardio everyday.
