Pip's evil laugh is meme worthy
This is the first of your Twilight Zone episode reviews that I have watched,Mind Maze.I like your style.I particularly enjoy the wry nature of your comments.I will definitely be watching more of your reviews.Keep up the good work.
As a child, I watched that episode. Firstly, Rod Serling’s narration and the eerie Twilight Zone music always gave me chills, still does. Every episode. Secondly, I recall finding Rocky incredibly selfish and rude. I couldn’t comprehend how Mr. Pip granted him everything he desired to begin with.
Your observation about how everything he desired turned into his personal hell is spot-on. I consistently appreciate your reactions and trivia. A Twilight Zone podcast sounds really cool, I’ll be listening.
Rocky is definitely a jerk.
I like how Pip never lies-- he just.. omits
I read something years ago about that slot machine. I was delighted when you made the observation. Slot machines were illegal either in the county or state where they filmed. A deal was made with the police department to borrow one from police storage. The article stated the slot machine had 24 hour police protection during it's time on the set. Great reaction.
Thanks. I'm definitely enjoying it.
Keep in mind that the twist is easy to see now, but in 1960 was a lot harder to catch.
Keep reacting these shows are great.
Best episode ever! Proves there is no heaven for human beings!
In poker, he could have folded and watch someone else win.
Pip sounds like bagheera from The Jungle Book. I think the guy who voiced Kaa and Winnie the Pooh was also in an episode.
Sterling Holloway was in What's In the Box.
I didn’t feel sorry for Valentine.
Not really somone to feel sorry for.
