We found a very friendly Yemeni restaurant in the beautiful mountain town of Taif, Saudi Arabia. We set off this morning from Jeddah to Taif on our way towards Abha and the mountain regions.

Don’t take the shortest road from Taif to Baha, its boring, take the tourists road, put the city name Haddad , then when you reach it make your destination Baha, its beautiful sceneries.

All the world has the same ingredients of chicken, rice or vegetables, but the way of grilling, cooking and spices for Yemen differs in taste from others. You have to try the grill from another country and try the Yemeni grill, you will find a big difference in the taste and spices, which is of course delicious, and the Yemeni mandi is wonderful. I think you can handle it for sure😊, there are some good forests and mountain parks and there are some very popular traditional southern foods and I think it should be prepared at home as it would be hard to find a good restaurant that prepares it well. Let me know if you need any clarification or guidance please.

Yemeni food is delicious and very wonderful, Mandi and Biryani, and I love Yemeni food. It is very delicious, the basket that ignites a hot fire.

Loved the video guys ... you should try the actual Bukhari Rice and Charcoal grilled chicken .. also you must try the Camel meat with red rice they call it (Hashi with red rice) ... i wish you guys cover more in your videos and make them longer.. The more south you go the more clouds and rain you will find.. The weather forecast show there will be alot of rain on South west areas of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (Abha, Alnamas, Jizan, etc...) in the next few days.. Have fun and take care!

Restaurant food are good n irresistible. Many add MSG Mono sodium glutamate as taste enhancer and food tastes good. Especially the soup and rice. Therefore has to be noted

Just a recommendation if you like, please consider to try Madfoon chicken or meat, Hanid chicken or chicken and Fahsa almost the same as Salta but I believe even more delicious with more meat in it.

The chicken and rice is a bokhari dish from Afghanistan actually but saudis likes it very much and we almost eating it every day in lunch time u haven’t really tried the traditional Saudi food .
Afghanistan Yemeni no difference between them but also Yemeni does hanidh rice and chicken
Please try the (janoby=southern ) saudi food in albaha, u will love it

That grilled (Shawaiah) chicken and rice isn't Yemeni. In fact, you can easily find it in the whole middle east. Basic grilled chicken and basic rice that Arabs adapted from India. The other plate "Saltah" is Yemeni.

Just to clarify, all kinds of kabsa are Saudi and not Yemeni, because the one who makes kabsa is Yemeni. This does not mean that kabsa is Yemeni. Again, I say all kinds of kabsa are Saudi and kabsa is the main meal in the Arabian Gulf. Restaurants in Saudi Arabia make kabsa, but many of them do not do it in the same way. The Saudis are in the homes that are creative in the Saudis when they work in their homes. This is for information and clarification. Greetings to you.
Yes authentic Saudi made is slow cooked n no added flavour or MSG added for flavor. It is the genuine home cooked. I have tasted it and nothing can beat them.
