Hello everyone, this black kitten was sent from the province to rescue this black kitten who was chased by a dog and made to run into the water, the kitten is in a very bad and weak condition, now I am treating and rescuing The kitten was successful, and after three days of staining after treatment and fluids , the kitten gradually improved and was able to return home.

I did notice the American money, but that by itself didn't seem like proof of fraud. The settings, particularly the outdoor ones, certainly look like they could be in Cambodia. I know some channels hurt animals just to stage rescues, but do you have any evidence this is one of them? After all, there's no linked Patreon account, no 'thanks' button under the video for tips, and no request in the video for donations. Unless I missed these things, it seems like some or all of them should be present if this is a scam.
I intend this reply as an honest and respectful query. If you have more evidence, I would appreciate seeing it.

It’s possible that the kitten’s owner works for Americans, was offered the money to help their pet by an American or had been paid for a service with US currency. It could also be that US currency is more stable than the local currency.
He may also get some money from CZcams.

I seriously thought this kitten was done from that blank stare. I was glad to see her perk up after some fluids and getting rewarmed. The way she wobbled around your office, I was thinking she might have a bit of kitty cerebral palsy (wobbly cat syndrome). My heart absolutely melted when she crawled into your lap for a nap.
In any case, I’m sure her family will be very happy that you brought her back from the brink.

This vet was so tender drying kitty off, hairdryer to stave off hypothermia and everything he did his touch radiated love to this sweet kitty. Loved watching kitty get fed stronger and climbing on his savior’s lap falling asleep. He’s safe loved and at peace with lot’s of strokes. Raises his head up and he’s pure joy. Blessings & Prayers 🙏
