Ingredients and preparation:
600-700g of minced meat.
Salt.
black pepper.
pepper.
garlic powder.
onion powder.
thyme.
1 egg.
1 tablespoon of flour.
1 onion.
parsley.
2 tablespoons of butter.
fry over medium heat until golden brown.
1 onion.
2 tablespoons of olive oil or any.

4-5 medium potatoes.
400g of your favorite frozen vegetables.
Salt.
black pepper.
fry over medium heat for about 10 minutes.
1/2 cup (100 ml) of tomato sauce.
1 cup (200 ml) of water.
