Knock off or not? When do toy manufacturers cross the line?

This is a taster for a longer video where I'll be considering the legalities of knock offs and considering just how complicated these things get given the sheer number of intellectual property rights involved...

Funny how these things pop up when you least expect it! I wouldn't have known them had eBay not suggested them, probably because of visual similarity to Zoids
