But you didn't mention that these masters scholarships are only for people from specific countries. there are many countries which are not included in these scholarships like India, middle-eastern countries, and etc.
It shattered my hopes and dreams when I discovered that you needed 2 years of work experience to apply. I need to stay 4 more years in Iraq! Finding job here is already hard, and staying in it is even more harder.

Hi, thanks for your nice message. You can not apply mid-semester and continue the rest of your education. You can start from the beginning though.
