- My thought is this …if I’m going to go to a doll show I want to see and touch some dolls In a gentle way. That is how I make my decisions on wether I am going to buy, that’s just me. If the artist is really against it I will respect that but I can honestly say many artists wanted people to pick up their dolls and I think that’s because we have not had a doll show in 2 years and I really believe they wanted to allow this as much as possible as they really wanted to sell their Dolls. I had many artists telling me pick one up go ahead …. So yeah it was encouraged. That’s why we go to doll shows otherwise we might as well just buy online and stay home. We know if we purchase a doll we are going to wipe the doll down regardless . When you buy from someone online or second market that baby you are buying has been touched and handled a great deal.

I love that the artists were so willing to let you pick up the babies. I think if you're going to purchase a baby at a show, you want to make sure there's a connection with that baby. You also handle them with a great deal of care, which others might not be so careful. I live in Australia, so I love watching videos of doll shows overseas. Thanks for sharing.

I 100% agree with you! I saw a couple of people that now after going to the doll show and touching the different mediums.

I am really enjoying this footage of DOTWE because ya'll did not edit it & shows how the show really is. I am coming this year 2024 & I have never been to a dolls show before. I saw ya'll got in line like a bit after 10. How long did u stand in line to get in? I'm just asking because I have a medical condition that makes it difficult for me to stand for long periods of time especially in a line & in the morning. Thanks so much. Blessings to you & yours
Thank you so much !!!! Glad you enjoyed!! To be honest we waited till that line went down . We went and sat and had coffee and a bite to eat so when we went back to the line it moved us right in and if I remember correctly they finally said whoever bought tickets ahead of time can move up. I think this year should be more smooth but if the line is big I wouldn’t worry about getting in there early. Everything will be there when you get there . I look at it like if it’s gone it’s not meant for us to have. I have an auto immune disease so I’m not good with the early morning stuff . I understand 💕💕💕Blessing to you and yours also …thank you 🙏
