What a fun little project Janet, and I can't imagine an easier one. It would make lovely page borders or belly bands in a journal. What a happy way to use up all those tiny little scraps! 🩷🩷🩷

Such a grand idea to use up a ribbon that you would not otherwise use. I keep a small box full of very small scraps of fabric to use on my slow stitch projects and now after watching you do this I am inspired to try this. Your garden is just beautiful. It looks like wonderful place to relax at the end of the day. Right now we are overcome with mosquitos so it is hard to sit in the outdoors too long. Hugs and blessings to you and Freddy.

@janetnash Hi Janet, from Phillip Pullman's Dark Materials Triology. She is a good Witch helping to win a dark war. I listened to the series on Tape in my car. Travelling around the country for my job. Years before it became famous. I then read the book. Saw the first film The Golden Compass, but couldn't watch the TV series. I didn't want to spoil the characters I'd created in my mind...

Can't rush these things 😂🤣😂🤣😂 Cold,breezy day here in OZ, sunny but more rain forecast again this afternoon,looking out on my garden asI sit herevI can hear the bamboo wind chime playing its lovely tune & I'm watching a kookaburra splashing in the freezing cold bird bath ❄❄My kids bought me a beautiful blue metal garden wind-spinner for my 70th b'day & it's amazing when it spins in the wind xxx OOROO for now 🤗🤗🤗🤗🤗🤗

You are right Freddie enjoyed his time away but it was very tiring for him, he is resting now and I make sure I take him out early and in the shade.

I've never heard of showerproof fabric tape... is that for making raincoats, etc?
Fawn have a wonderful time creating, it’s so relaxing to create and use these little ‘ scrips and scraps ‘
The button warehouse was a retail place so they must have supplied garment factories, this tape is vintage, cotton and used on raincoats.
