You can also drill a hole in the back to put a charger cable into it, and just run it through the main slot for the phone so it also works as a charging station. Could put some poster tack or glue or something in the hole for the cable to keep it in place. You could get super elaborate with it and make a custom dock inside the tube that your phone could slide in/on to.

I love your table saw cut off thingy! Simple accurate. Probably affordable?! This is a GREAT build!! I am heading to THD in about an hour and getting what I need for this. I am going to experiment with all the different sizes of PVC and will let you know! Thank you again, SamCraft! Play it again! Wholey crap SamCraft, I can put a charging plug in the PVC and it is a charging stand as well! My mind iS BLOWN!!

Great idea! I would add a sitting block to raise the phone up so it's not sitting on its speaker.. Well, my speaker is on the bottom so would need to offset it somehow.. Little chunk of foam maybe.. have some backer rod that may work.. Cheers from Canada.. Really enjoy following you..

Oh no... I forgot to mention the micro anti-gravity positron didn't I? 😎 I held my phone off the bottom and also let it sit and my power tool stricken ears didn't notice a difference. LOL But that's probably a good point.
