Yeah it isn't easy but very enjoyable. Yeah looking forward to the 10k next week, definitely say hello if you see me. I'm doing the Bridges of the Tyne 5 Miler on Tuesday as well. Busy week
@@abitrich68 great stuff. I used to run for that club years ago, done the 5 mile race twice. 41.23 is your time to best haha. Easy!! Enjoy the run
