Are the stone yards allowed? I thought the Villages wanted the majority of the yard to be grass.
Hi. Nice home. I was surprised to see the walls surrounding all those homes. I guess because these patio villas were made quite a while ago, they used to come with a fence surrounding them. The same way a courtyard villa and veranda homes have them standard now.

You should come down to Lake Ashton. If you don't mind the vow of celibacy, it's beautiful. Yes, I said celibacy. Even the married couples here keep celibate. When I said something to some folks at the gym, they said, "Oh yeah! I guess you should have moved to the Villages."
If this was a three bedroom, it would be perfect.
Lovely home. The galley kitchen isn't for me though. I prefer an eat-in kitchen, but someone will snap that up. The cabinets are really nice.
If the furniture and pictures, etc. do not convey with the home, do the owners plan to touch up all the nail holes before closing on the house?
Can the garage hold 1 car and 2 golf carts?
