The other day, I accidentally dropped and broke the lens on my iPhone. Since owning the phone I've paid for iPhone insurance, so I made a claim and this is what happened. #palmsprings #brokeniphone
Us older ladies need to remember not to leave our purses in the basket and go off after something. That's a good way to get your purse stolen. I've seen it several times that ladies leave their purse or turn their backs and the item in the basket could gone.
I just have an old Galaxy A8 phone but I love it. Its rugged case has saved it several times. My cousin got his arm broken with an iron bar by a phone thief on a bicycle. Hit his arm; the phone flew up and the thief made off with it.
Oh my gosh, that's awful! Unfortunately, I have heard very similar stories several times over the last 2 months. That must be a very common problem everywhere. I'm very sorry to hear that but glad that you had insurance to cover it.
Hi Steve, I been there I've lost my phone in a Uber once and my life was on that phone. I never got it back and I ended up buying a new phone. This time I bought an insurance on all my apple products. I dropped my phone once and cracked the camera lens cover. Thank goodness the cover took the hit and I just replaced the lens cover and all was good. I rarely drop my phone and I always keep my phone in sight at all times. Sorry you had to experience that and also your friend losing her iPhone. I love the videos you make. Thank you.
Thats crazy how the lens shattered i have never seen anything like that before and i couldn't live with out my phone either, i rely on it for almost everything. Thanks for sharing Steve.
Hi Jeff, I think that the lens may have had a rock in the road. Definitely a freak accident, since my case around the phone is rubber and the lens itself wouldn’t even touch the ground. And I’m like you, I couldn’t live without it. I don’t know how I did live without it for most of my life lol! 😆
So sorry about that Steve. I'm glad you had insurance too. Dropping your phone 📱 is so easy. Theft is rampant EVERYWHERE! A CZcamsr who reports on the British Royal Family, had 2 phones stolen very close together. Once on public transportation. Once at a store there. The police 🚔 don't really do anything. They don't really do much here either. 😢 🤷♀️ It's crime running rampant. None of us are prepared for this. 😖
I had to change my cell phone recently too. The screen of the old one just went white and I couldn't do anything. It was a unexpensivie phone, so no insurance on it. The next day, I headed to the store and got a brand new one, same model. It is nice that you got a replacement easily.
Hi Annik, you are lucky that you can get by with an expensive smart phone. If I didn’t have a CZcams channel and use mine to make videos I would do the same. 😄👍
Hi Chad, this is one time I’m really glad I didn’t have the insurance. And I agree, I think we all rely tremendously on our iPhones these days. Hopefully you won’t have any problem with yours. 👍
Hi Steve! I’m sorry about your iPhone. You might want to get a pop socket or something similar. It helps you keep ahold of your phone. It’s saved me from dropping my phone countless times.
I can understand how valuable your phone is to you since you take such awesome videos and then share them with all of us! For me though, my phone is just that, a phone. Maybe a text or 2 now and then. I'll snap a picture once and a great while. I could easily live without a smart phone and go back to a land line.
Hi Allen, we finally just got rid of our back up landline just last week lol. 😆 and I totally agree with you. If I didn’t use it to make videos for my channel I would definitely just go with the cheapest smart phone I could find. I would be happy with one of those old flip phones lol. You are lucky that all you still need is a dumb phone lol! 😄👍
Thanks for the heads up Welles! Since we are almost halfway through the year I may wait for the 16, but I’m looking forward to the improved camera and I definitely want the smaller version of the pro this time too. 👍
So glad you got a replacement and very sorry to hear of your friend’s ordeal! I ran over my iPhone a few years ago. I had it when on a riding mower, and it fell and I ran over it! I waited a couple months to get a replacement because it was a hand-me-down from my husband, and I was due for a new phone in a couple months. No insurance at that time. Now my hubby gets insurance on all my phones…lol!
Omg, now that is an iPhone disaster and story! 😲 you are very lucky that you can go a couple of months without a phone. My whole life and my CZcams channel would come to a screeching halt without mine lol! 😆 thanks for sharing that with us Lam. 👍
And all the people who told me that I really didn’t need a case on my iPhone, I think that I know myself better than they do! It has saved me replacing my phone on more than one occasion. Not counting the inconvenience of being without it. ❤ Paul
Hi Paul, I agree, without the outer case on the iPhone they are so incredibly slippery. Like trying to hold a wet fish lol. 😆 it amazes me when I see people holding their iPhones with no outer casing. Unfortunately, when my iPhone went flying up in the air it landed right on the lens! so even my rubber plastic casing wasn’t enough to protect it. 😲😩 glad you’ve been lucky or smarter with your phone than I was. 👍
Sorry that happened but glad you had a fast resolution. I have an Android, a nice phone that was actually a free upgrade from my previous one. It's more expensive than what I could afford to replace. So I did get insurance which I believe is about 15 a month . I've always been very careful with my phones but you never know..... And you are right where would we be without our phones ? I've left the house a few times forgetting to take it with me and almost panicked It felt. very unsettling knowing that my phone was not in my purse!
Hi MsBlynn, lol i’ve done the same thing when I accidentally left my phone home on a walk around my neighborhood. I wasn’t sure I was going to survive without it until I got home! 😲😆 makes you wonder how we survived all those years before iPhones were invented lol! 😆
Hey Steve sorry to hear about your phone, but I am glad you received your new one, I don't own an I phone but there are a lot of them getting stolen from people .
Hi Steve ...sorry your phone is broken...oopsie.....dropped it....I hope you get a replacement and it's not too expensive.... accidents happen.....take care..... Deborah 🇨🇦
Interesting. I guess I was on the same mindset that most insurance was worthless. I never really checked to see if I could get iPhone insurance here. I’ve dropped my phone several times and the scree has a few cracks. Definitely worth looking into.
Yikes!! With iPhones being so expensive and so easy to drop - I have always gotten insurance on my phone. I just got the regular size pro and not the max and it is much easier to hold the phone
Thanks for sharing that Deb. They seem to be quite a bit lighter too. As soon as the next version is available I’m going to turn mine in for the smaller one! 😄👍
@@theretiredlifewithsteve What I also bought for my iPhone is a pop socket but it is magnetized so I can take off when I want. I have found that it really helps me grip my phone better especially with taking pictures or videos
That sucks that your phone busted. I have an Android phone. I guess insurance is great to have on your phone. I never have my phone out in open. I keep it in my purse zipped up and I always keep an eye on my purse. I had some guy try to walk away with my purse in my cart one time. Thank God I caught him. People who steal from people should be ashamed of themselves. 😒
That’s a bummer your friend’s phone was stolen at store. There have been lots of reports here (Santa Fe) of women’s bags being stolen from shopping cart. So ever since pandemic I only use a small crossbody bag that stays on me at all times! I used to put my bag in cart as well, walk away to look at something( dumb and/or trusting!) Fortunately was never stolen but I didn’t want to tempt fate anymore!
Thanks for sharing with us Jennifer. Sounds like you were lucky. Unfortunately in the days of trusting people not to steal other peoples things are mostly behind us. 🙁
Omg, that’s even worse. 😩 I was thinking about getting a lanyard to hold my phone around my neck. I guess there really is that’s full proof though. Thanks for sharing that with us USA! 👍
*Steve, Thanks for the grocery store warning!!!* I have to break myself off a very bad habit of leaving my exposed phone on the child seat of the grocery cart while I'm looking in the store. Sorry to hear about both yours and Marcia's phone trials and tribulations. I know there's a lot of desperate people out there these days. However, two guys working a scam together, no sympathy from this corner when they're caught.
So sorry this happened. I happen to be anti I phone as they are way too expensive and with all the androids out there, I don't believe that they are worth it. A government agency is suing Apple/Iphone for their inflated prices and they also don't allow parents to buy a child a less expensive android for their child (I don't quite understand this as it has been a few years since I had a I phone) anyways, it sounds like they intentionally block androids so they can monopolize the cell phone. I have had a Goggle Pixel for the past couple of years and I love it. The photo's and videos are wonderful. Besides for most people the I phone is more complicated and for what I use my phone for, it's way too expensive. Just like the Mac.
Hi Amy, I agree with you. Their prices are unbelievably ridiculous. The quality of the iPhone videos though is unbelievably amazing though. That’s why I stick with them. If I didn’t make videos and have a CZcams channel i’m sure I would just buy the cheapest smart phone on the market. Thanks for the reminder that there are other options out there for most people. You’re smart to save the money. 😄👍
67th Hey Steve...well I know you use your phone to make your vids.....but when my I-phone died...it was 10yrs old - I wasn't paying the price for a NEW ONE - I got a Motorola for $245 .with almost all the same features....minus siri..Hello to Jim :) you should check into getting a Phone CASE ..to cushion it
@@theretiredlifewithsteve knowing they charge over $1000 just makes me hear my dad's voice.....he used to go down the bill..you owe 57cents ...you owe 1.50 etc etc...... their mortgage in 1969 for a single home corner property was $200 month ..... yikes
I make sure that whenever I buy a new phone, I get an otter box & the screen protector. I've dropped my phone numerous times on concrete & haven't broken it yet. The otter box & screen protector do the trick.
Thanks CS, for the review. A few others have also said that they’ve had good luck with those too. My phone is already gigantic and very difficult to hold onto it because it’s so big. I think I’ve seen those otter boxes and they make it even bigger. I may have to wait until I downsize to the smaller version of the pro. I’m not sure if I will wait until the next version comes out or not. I will definitely try the Otter Box though. Thanks 😄👍
Few months ago I bought a smartwatch, I pay the extra $10 a month on my phone bill. I'm able to leave my phone at home and still make calls and text on the watch, but I don't take pictures/ videos so it's different for me
That sounds much better than carrying that phone with you. Now if they could just figure out how to add a video camera to it I would definitely get one! 😄👍
I would have freaked right out if I busted my phone like that. I'm glad you had insurance. It was certainly a benefit. I don't normally buy insurance, but with something that $$$ and vulnerable, I think I would. Being a winter chicken, I will stick to android. Less $ and I don't feel like learning a new OS. 🙂👍🇨🇦
You would certainly need the capacities to do you tube vids. I just had my phone checked out. It's about 5 yrs. All I needed was a new charging cable. For now. 🙂👍👍🇨🇦
Sorry to hear about your phone. I don’t take out insurance only because my nephew took out insurance and they didn’t cover it because it was stolen. So there is some things that it doesn’t cover. I am on next-door but I’m not happy because it is A lot of negativity. I’m thinking about getting off everybody has to shut their comments down most of the time because people get a little crazy on there. Thank you for the video glad you have your new phone
Hi Lori, I think I definitely locked up with the insurance. I was expecting my experience be more like your nephews. And so true about next-door. It kind of makes me laugh sometimes how much we all love to complain about everything lol! 😆👍
Hi Steve, I'm sorry about your phone. I see that you had your GoPro on and were filming it on your phone anyway!? Ouch! That's a hard lesson learned! Glad that they had one, most likely a refurbished one. I used to get the insurance on my phone but no longer. And I WILL NOT trade in my phone or tablet anymore either. I watched a segment about trading in your devices on 60 minutes, I believe it was. Then after that my cousin, who's in law enforcement, collaborated with that information. He actually laughed at me and said "I didn't realize that you were that dumb"! All in good fun, but it definitely opened my eyes up! Anyways, the reason being is that even though you go through and delete everything off your devices, apps, emails, passwords, contacts etc, all that information can still be extracted from the devices. Even though it is against the law for someone from a company like Verizon, for instance, to extract the information. It does happen and will continue to happen. Simply and sadly put, you cannot trust people today, especially with that kind of information! And I don't have people that I don't know work on my laptop either. Sadly shortly before the pandemic, a man was arrested in my town for extracting information from people's computers and laptops that he worked on. He was stealing money from bank accounts, using people's charge cards and so on. I'm sadly starting to really lose faith in today's world Steve. It's certainly not like the world that we grew up in. Say hi to Jim for me. Peace...
Hi Stacy, yes, I forgot that I even had my GoPro strapped to my chest lol. 😆 thank you for the heads up. I have never heard anything about people doing that with old devices. The number of evil and awful people in the world just seems to be exploding. It’s beyond comprehension. And yes, we were very very lucky to have brought up when we did. Thanks Stacy! 😊👍
Oh, man. That sucks. I just bought the new Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra. I have insurance on it, plus a screen protector and case. I'm a klutz! Lol, I did have a similar experience with my old S21 Ultra. I was leaving Kroger and my phone fell out of my pocket right when I was closing my car door and it completely broke my phone! I was so upset! Thankfully, I had insurance on it and was able to get a replacement for $200. I'd rather pay $200 than have to buy a whole new phone! Lol, so yes, having insurance on your phone is definitely worth it.
The dreadful broken phone scenario 😩💢 Wow very sh*ty for them to steal your friends phone!!!! I had a bad habit not bring a purse and leaving my phone in cart. Now I don't leave without my fanny pack. I can't stand crummy humans.... now I'm mad hahaha
My son was saying the other day he needs to get a new phone. He’s had his for 7 years now. It’s got cracks on the top of the screen. I’m the same way. I hold onto things until there’s no hope!😆📱
We are like you and your son Maryann. Jim finally had to upgrade to a new iPhone the other day. I think it was the very first iPhone ever made lol. If I didn’t use mine to make videos for my CZcams channel I’m sure I would still be using my very first iPhone too lol! 😄👍 as always, thanks for sharing with us. 😊
I thought about that but my phone is so huge and so incredibly heavy I was afraid it might fall off. Once I downsize to a smaller iPhone I will definitely do that. Thanks for the suggestion Steve! 😄👍
Did you have to pay to get everything transferred to the new phone? I know that some places will charge for it. I'm a techno dope so I don't know how to do it and had to have a friend do it for me.
Glad you had a friend to help you. I’m lucky that Jim is very good with these techs things too. It was actually pretty simple. They provided great instructions on what to do. We just needed to take out the Sim card from the old phone and put it in the new phone and change a few settings and everything automatically appeared on the new phone. 😄👍
We usually get the insurance especially for my husband. 3 times he's dropped his phone in the toilet (clean) bc he keeps the phone in his T-shirt pocket. He finally broke that habit (realizing phones don't swim)! 😅
Our dependency on technology....it's everything. Other than flying cars and buildings elevated into the sky...we are really living in the era of "The Jetsons". 😀 And I'd bet if it weren't for the oil companies and auto industry...we'd likely be there already.
Maybe we should start wearing fanny packs again. It might help with both issues you spoke of. I have always thought they are handy and very convenient and useful. Glad everything worked out for you steve!
Hi Vicki, I have definitely thought about that, but it seems like it would be very easy for someone to come behind you and on unsnap it and run off with it 😲 I do still like them though. 😄👍
Isn't it just awful that we have to live in a world with people that have no conscience? It's maddening! I keep telling people that I'm glad I'm not 20 years old in this day and age......glad I grew up in the 60's and 70's!!!! It was great. I'm not saying things didn't happen back then, but NOT like they do today!!
I do not have I Phone insurance or Smart Phone insurance as I have very little money but did pay a hundred dollars more for warranty on my phone so my phone cost 179 plus a hundred dollars !I pay 62 a momth or more !
So sorry about your phone. But sounds like things worked out OK. If I were paying that kind of money I would definitely get the insurance. But I think I'll just stick with my Android 😊
Hi Carolyn, yes it all worked out pretty well in the end. And if I didn’t use mine to make videos for my CZcams channel I would definitely go with the least expensive cell phone I could find! 😄👍
I have a belly pouche It works because I can hide it in the pockets it has. It goes around my waist. I have a Samsung Galaxy S20 fe. I pay only for my plan, insurance for it too. I did pay for a contract, but my contract is up, so I own my phone now. You can even wear those pouches across your body, too.😊 I hope this helps.? Or you can call it a fanny pack too.
Just wondering have you ever viewed the Palm Springs home of Natalie Wood and Robert Wagner at 303 West Crestview in the Mesa Neighborhood? I hear it’s a beautiful property☀🌟❤Thank you! 🥰
Hi Deborah, years ago I did take one of my walks in the Mesa neighborhood and I walked by their house. I don’t think I ever shared that on this channel though. Thanks for the reminder. I will add it to my list for a future neighborhood walk. 😄👍
Sorry to hear that! Well, Im going to be 45 next month and I constantly drop my android😂 it's alive still, how I dont know. It's at least 5 yrs old, im not ready for a new phone, everything is so pricey. Im a tightwad, no doubt
@@theretiredlifewithsteve Yes, you can put the “find my iPhone” app on it and it will locate your phone if it is on. If your phone is stolen or loss, you can disable the phone and no one can use it. If you get the phone back, you can enable it again
Oh I’m not surprised this has happened especially with iPhones 📱 the most popular phone , I use to pay for insurance I no long er do, I just got another phone it’s android this time , I always keep my phone in my pocket of a jacket or pants and don’t take it out if you don’t have to , that’s how I keep my phone safe
Hi Steve I ride a motorcycle it was a hot day and stopped the motorcycle to have a drink and like everyone I checked my and didn’t put it in my pocket right lost it got a new phone the day a nice man saw my phone drop out of my pocket because of p g s my address was on my phone and he drove about one hour to drop it off I don’t see him because I was out but my neighbour was home and he got the phone back for me if I was home I would of given him money because he had a long drive from where I lost it to my house so had to phone s not long ago my brother took one of my phone

Carry a very small purse you cannot fit a whole lot of it in it actually my iPhone fits in it and that's about it and as far as the insurance honey I'm here to tell you that I am the woman that got insurance on a $20 TracFone I am the same woman that got insurance on an extension cord I paid $36 for that stupid heavy duty extension cord from Walmart and yes I got the insurance on it I get the insurance on everything washer dryers freezers everything even a $20 TracFone from Walmart
@@theretiredlifewithsteve if they offer warranty on it I get it if they offer insurance I get it and then sometimes I even get the extended warranty especially on a washer and dryer I've done that I've gone through Lowe's
I bought a ID card pouch in Staples that is worn around the neck it has 3 pockets with 2 zips. I wear it under my shirt or over after work. My iPhone fits great and is secure. I think it’s samsonite brand. I’ve stopped carrying a purse because it’s so convenient. My cash , cards and whatnot fit perfect.

Thanks for sharing with us Jennifer. Sounds like you were lucky. Unfortunately in the days of trusting people not to steal other peoples things are mostly behind us. 🙁
I lost two iPhones myself. First one I dropped off of the bridge by accident. Second one fell off the roof of my car .
Omg, that’s even worse. 😩 I was thinking about getting a lanyard to hold my phone around my neck. I guess there really is that’s full proof though. Thanks for sharing that with us USA! 👍
*Steve, Thanks for the grocery store warning!!!*
I have to break myself off a very bad habit of leaving my exposed phone on the child seat of the grocery cart while I'm looking in the store.
Sorry to hear about both yours and Marcia's phone trials and tribulations.
I know there's a lot of desperate people out there these days. However, two guys working a scam together, no sympathy from this corner when they're caught.
Hi Robert, yeah, unfortunately these days if it’s not tied down someone will try to take it! 😲
I would suggest an Otter Box case. Its features help prevent this from happening.
Thanks for the suggestion CK! 😄👍
Great video thumbs up always from Gettysburg Penna.
Thanks Alex 👍
When I’ve sent my phones back, I always take a picture of the tracking number and keep tracking it online.
Yes, I I did that too. I was able to see that it was received by the company a couple of days later. 😄👍
I'm sorry Steve that is so frustrating, hang in there,I'm glad you had the insurance! People are incredible these days, it's awful 😞😮
Thanks Colleen 👍
67th Hey Steve...well I know you use your phone to make your vids.....but when my I-phone died...it was 10yrs old - I wasn't paying the price for a NEW ONE - I got a Motorola for $245 .with almost all the same features....minus siri..Hello to Jim :) you should check into getting a Phone CASE ..to cushion it
Hi Rex, that is a great deal. if I didn’t use it to make videos I would definitely get the cheapest phone I could buy. 😄👍
Oh noes! I’m so sorry. I am utterly devoted to the Otter neoprene case. It really helps. You have to drive over it to break it.
Thanks for the tip Diane. I will have to check that out! 👍
@@theretiredlifewithsteve I’m so awful about dropping them. I wouldn’t have a phone for a week without it! Lol
Poor guy
Ooops. RIP phone 😬
Thanks Lisa 😄👍
Don't feel bad before I got my phone case I dropped my phone and it wrecked my phone so I had to get a new phone
Sorry that it happened to you too Sherron! 🙁
Hi Deborah, if I didn’t use my phone to make videos I would definitely go with the cheapest phone I could find. 😄👍
@@theretiredlifewithsteve Question for you,who makes those statues? We don’t have very many it looks like you guys have quite a few in Palm Springs
Yeah I'd guess if you are using it for your "job" (AKA CZcams) insurance would be worthwhile. Sorry about your phone's "passing!" 🙃
Thanks Tom! 😆
I have insurance on my phone. Thankfully I have never yet had to use it
That’s the best kind of insurance. The kind you never need to use lol! 🤞😄👍
Sorry that that happened to you to Jessica! 😲 glad you had insurance too! 😄👍
Phones are so expensive, both Android and I Phones. No I don’t purchase insurance on my phones. But Steve you should purchase a case with a neck strap.
Hi Samuel, thanks for the suggestion. I thought about it but my phone is so heavy and so large I don’t think the neck strap and hold it. 👍
iPhone insurance is well worth it. Believe me. Get a good case for it.
I definitely agree now Dianne! 😄👍
The dreadful broken phone scenario 😩💢
Wow very sh*ty for them to steal your friends phone!!!! I had a bad habit not bring a purse and leaving my phone in cart. Now I don't leave without my
fanny pack. I can't stand crummy humans.... now I'm mad hahaha
I know what you mean. Unfortunately the crummy humans are multiplying much faster than the awesome ones these days! 😩🙃
@@theretiredlifewithsteve they are!!!! My buddy and I label them NPCs. A hivemind to destroy organic humanity
Sounds like a movie 😄
Bless....shit happens!😎
So true Pam! 😲
Sometimes insurance pays....
It sure did this time. I lucked out! 😄👍
I have to replace the glass on my IPhone Steve . Dropped it at least 10 times
Yikes, now I don’t feel so bad lol! 😄👍
I suggest using a phone lanyard.
I thought about that but my phone is so huge and so incredibly heavy I was afraid it might fall off. Once I downsize to a smaller iPhone I will definitely do that. Thanks for the suggestion Steve! 😄👍
Why steal her phone if they cant get into it without a code.? Thanks for the video.
Good point Sally. They probably figure that a lot of older people don’t put passwords on their phones. 😲👍
Apple always takes care of their customers
We usually get the insurance especially for my husband. 3 times he's dropped his phone in the toilet (clean) bc he keeps the phone in his T-shirt pocket. He finally broke that habit (realizing phones don't swim)! 😅
Yikes, lol thanks for sharing that with us dtfg! 😲😆👍
Our dependency on technology....it's everything. Other than flying cars and buildings elevated into the sky...we are really living in the era of "The Jetsons". 😀 And I'd bet if it weren't for the oil companies and auto industry...we'd likely be there already.
You make a very good point Donnee! 👍
I have a belly pouche
It works because I can hide it in the pockets it has.
It goes around my waist.
I have a Samsung Galaxy S20 fe.
I pay only for my plan, insurance for it too.
I did pay for a contract, but my contract is up, so I own my phone now.
You can even wear those pouches across your body, too.😊
I hope this helps.?
Or you can call it a fanny pack too.
Thanks for the suggestions Kelly! 😄👍
@@theretiredlifewithsteve No problem 😊
Just wondering have you ever viewed the Palm Springs home of Natalie Wood and Robert Wagner at 303 West Crestview in the Mesa Neighborhood? I hear it’s a beautiful property☀🌟❤Thank you! 🥰
Hi Deborah, years ago I did take one of my walks in the Mesa neighborhood and I walked by their house. I don’t think I ever shared that on this channel though. Thanks for the reminder. I will add it to my list for a future neighborhood walk. 😄👍
@@theretiredlifewithsteve Thank you so much! 💕☀🌻🌻🌻🌻
Sorry to hear that! Well, Im going to be 45 next month and I constantly drop my android😂 it's alive still, how I dont know. It's at least 5 yrs old, im not ready for a new phone, everything is so pricey. Im a tightwad, no doubt
Lol glad I’m not the only one T! 😆👍
I have Nextdoor. Don't have an iPhone.
You are lucky that you can live without one. 👍
I always buy Insurance for are phone.
You are smart Jada! 👍
Oh no I have done that to so far so good but I have a pretty good case for my I phone so that has saved me 😂
Thanks for sharing Jackie. I think I need a better case for mine! 😄👍
I have the 12 pro max myself but mine is only 128 gigs of storage I’ve had 3 yrs
Hi Jill, it’s a great phone, but I have the large version which is just a little bit too big. I will get the smaller one with the next upgrade. 👍
It’s worth having another Apple device because you can go on that device and turn off the phone and make it unusable
You mean like an iPad?
@@theretiredlifewithsteve Yes, you can put the “find my iPhone” app on it and it will locate your phone if it is on. If your phone is stolen or loss, you can disable the phone and no one can use it. If you get the phone back, you can enable it again
My husband and a lot of guys I know put there wallets and phones in there front pockets. Because of just that.
Very smart. Me too now! 😄👍
I got a i 10 and I dropped it about 5 times and im so lucky it’s hanging in there 🙏🙏
Wow, that is awesome. They definitely are pretty sturdy. 😄👍
That sounds very smart Jill 👍

Wow, I didn’t know they even sold them that cheap! 😳😄👍

Thanks for sharing that with us Debbie, i’m starting to Think like you now! 😄👍
That sounds like a very good idea. Thanks for the suggestion RD! 😄👍
