I like seeing the entire baking process start to finish, partly because I'm weird and there's something peaceful about watching all of the steps. XD
Honestly, if it's just a normal cake I tend to skip ahead to the decorating since I know how to bake a cake. The decorating is what I like to watch so I really enjoyed how you made this video. And this cake looks amazing! My two kids love Circus Animal cookies (heck, so do I!) and their birthdays are coming up so I'll have to keep this in mind!
