Video's designed by Darragh Daly (GAA Handball National Development Officer), with thanks to elite players Paul Brady & Martin Mulkerrins for demonstrations.
This is an amazing video
What do u mean by wrap ur hand?
That what I said too cuz if you wrap from 6 to 12 how tf is the ball supposed to go forward
so curl your hand and flick your arm to get power so thats it
great video but did not show the reverse spin with out the ball in hand.
instead of your palm facing toward the ceiling like the natural spin, face your palm toward the floor. roll it off your fingers and follow thru the swing to get the most reverse spin. it is typically more difficult to pull off.
@@jiehua5340 isn't this a top spin? Or is the reverse spin with the palm down during the whole swing? I'm so confused 😕
@@PhantasticTruth think about it like this, the axis of rotation for a top and back spin would be pointed to the sidewall, for hooks you want the rotational axis to be pointed to the front wall.
If you strike the ball from the base of your fingers and you roll off the top, you can give it that kind of spin by hitting the top hemisphere of the ball. Hope that helps!

JESUS CHRIST IS COMING BACK PEOPLE REPENT OF YOUR SINS AND ACCEPT JESUS CHRIST AS YOUR LORD AND SAVIOR TODAY NOT TOMORROW PEOPLE WHICH IS PROMISED TO NOONE AT ALL
Great point, but not sure why you think a training video on Handball is the place to share such knowledge. "Stay your Course" I would respectfully request to pray and ask for a way for you to continue the great commission that you have been called to in a way that is not so abrupted but more impactful. Christ's Example was to meet people where they were and then He came along side of them, developing a personal relationship. If you do not play hand ball maybe, you might consider taking up the sport, A lot of great people.
