Hi Afsha K, I haven't attended the Leeds dental institute but to clarify your question you DON'T need to pay a fee, as with an apprenticeship you earn while you learn you mainly learn on the job so there is little classroom enrolment. You pay to study dental nursing at university but you can also complete an apprenticeship for free and become a qualified dental nurse also
