- Today is Day 3 on our 5 day cruise adventure. It's our first SEA DAY aboard Independence of the Seas - our first Royal Caribbean cruise. It was very windy and a rocky day at sea but we still managed to have a good time. We had lunch at Giovanni's - a specialty restaurant onboard, enjoyed "World's Sexiest Man Alive" show, forma night at the MDR, watch a broadway show and end the night at Crazy Quest game show.

When we went on the Indy in the spring, the mini golf course was so flooded. We loved Coco Cay. Excellent snorkeling!
We tried the mini golf but it was VERY windy that day!
We didnt snorkel at Coco Cay. I wanted to but it was a brisk 68 degrees🥶

We are going on Indy from April 18 to 22nd. When was this cruise?
That's around the time we went on it last year.
This cruise was 18 to 23 December 2024. It was a nice ship
@thefamouseugenekrabs what ports did you hit when you were on Indy?
@@scottfrom.scottandsheds We went once in 2019 and once in 2023 on Indy. 2019 was Coz and 2023 was Coco Cay and Nassau.
@thefamouseugenekrabs this was our first time at coco cay. Even though it was chilly we enjoyed it. We have been to nassau and cozumel almost every other cruise. We were trying to find new things to do in those ports due to a new cruiser with us.

Hey Sammy. Thanks for watching. We aren't against sailing on this ship but we do want to try the other ships Royal has to offer as well. We are going to try Ovation of the Seas and Allure of the Seas this year!
